The guy disappeared fast into the crowds because if they get caught there are severe penalties. I understand they even get their picture in the paper with the word 'GROPER' written underneath as well as jail.
From what I understand, it was unwise to go into the souk wearing a knee length skirt and a fitted T-shirt.
