I could not stand Zee all episode and that topped it when the three were going back into the boardroom he did not even bother holding the door.

also it was obvious he was going to bring Leah and Natalie back in even though they did not make the biggest mistakes.

I also did not like the way he spoke to Natalie

Zee got demonized in that boardroom. I honestly thought he only brought Natalie in because she had been in there before. Nothing to do with being a woman.

I know, Rebecca has ghosted through the last two tasks.

There's more to this than we were shown.

Leah had it in for Zeeshaan from the beginning & that was obviously borne out of something that happened off camera.

Zee was arrogant, but most of them are arrogant; it is a trait that is magnified on this show.

Leah wanted them to fail, just so she could blame Zee.

if u look carefully he does keep it open for a little while but not long enough for natalie to come through the door since he doesn't look behind him to check where she is. However, I do think he acted quite abrasively through the task. I did think he took it well when kurt made that stupid mistake with the flag but then, maybe cos he's a guy? haha. Anyway, I think that as usual, zee is just a typical apprentice candidate, a lot of mouth but not much in the way of knowing how to lead or work with people. How hard was it to double check the flag measurements BEFORE he ordered it over the phone. Methinks, a case of being too big for your boots and overlooking important details because like most apprentice candidates, they have a very arrogant, stupid, bull in a china shop approach. However to give them all the benefit of the doubt, the unrealistic time constraints they have to finish a task will naturally magnify that sort of behaviour. They're sort of damned regardless.

He was very arrogant and rather sexist. We saw enough on screen, the way he undermined the women and talked down to them, goodness knows what he was like off screen.

It's not that the women expected the door to be opened for them, Zee let the door slam in her face! It's just basic manners to hold the door open for the next person if they're right behind you.

Its a shame the contestants last night made serious allegations of sexism against Zee just to secure their own positions in the show.

I expected better from Leah and Natalie.

It's nothing to do with them being women. If you're going through a door and have people behind you, the decent thing to do is hold it open. Male or female.

He was rude from Week 1, to most people. Glad he's gone.

Anyone, male or female with any manners would have held the door if they were the first one to reach it.

He just doesn't have a clue how to communicate effectively - be it to a male or female.

Remember the way he talked to Jason when he, admittedly, messed up a deal Zee was negotiating in the beer task and how he argued with Neil in the car after they sold the cat litter - although, again, Neil had just tried to hijack his pitch. So, though he may have had valid reasons to be a bit miffed in these two examples, his reactions were way OTT.

He held the door open a short time, he assumed Natalie had got the door and at no time did Natalie look backwards to check Leah had the door ok, Natalie just walked on to start her war with Zee.

It's a TV studio so who knows what all the directors instructions they have to follow as to not mess up the shoot, don't look at the camera, don't put your back to the camera, there may be a rule that the project manager must take the chair first before the others. I'm sure if it was a real situation without the cameras to worry about it wouldn't have happened.

Sexual harassment? Haven't seen anyone accuse him of sexual harrassment. Sexism - maybe. Sexual harrassment - not at all.

It's just rude not to hold a door, regardless if whoever behind you is a man, a woman or a dalmatian - it's common courtesy to hold a door open. It's also rude to stick your hand in someone's face when they're trying to speak. I'm glad Natalie and Leah brought his lack of manners up.

Totally agree. Was it not just last week that Neil was shouting at the top of his voice at Uzma? Is that not sexist? He was treating her like she was something on the bottom of his shoe too.

Natalie is just a visitor, she won't be on there long. Other than shouting and crying, she has not actually done much to be honest.

And yeah, Zee was a bit of a prick to Leah, but I honestly thought she would have smacked him down on something else other than the sexism card.

And you are definitely right about the arrogant thing. Neil is probably the most arrogant contestant, followed closely by Leah, Natalie and Kurt. It's NOT just Zee.

Weren't women crying out for equality? So, why should Zee hold the door to either Natalie or any of the male candidates? If he let the door slam onto their faces, it would be him being impolite, not sexist, if that's what you are suggesting. I think Lord Sugar should have fired both Natalie and Zee in that task.

My thoughts entirely. A vile man and I am so glad he is gone.
