New producer Chrissy2005 confirmed he was a life long fan of the show, and has watched during the shows weakest and strongest era's and is keen to inject drama back into Walford as soon as physically possible. "I want the show to be at it's best as fast as possible, and I'm lucky to have a supportive team in the shape of the BBC and the EastEnders team, and I'd like to ask fans to bare with us as we attempt to turn things around." EastEnd, Endings.
The first of new EastEnders producer Chrissy2005 exit decisions have been announced. The first announcement sees show favorite, Jo Joyner aka Tanya Cross return to filming, to re-film her exit, to give Tanya an ending she deserves. Tanya will be on screen until early September now. Joyner is believed to have agreed in respect for her character and to the show. Producer Chrissy2005 is glad to have her suddenly back on board, when she finished filming only a few weeks back. The first casualty of the show sees Tamwar Masood leave the show in late August. Himesh Patel has been with the show since 2007 and has been involved in some high profile storyline's including his marriage and it's breakdown to Afia, the B+B fire and the other Masood drama's. Himesh was said to be disappointed about his sudden departure but understood as the character has came to his time to move on. It is believed the Tamwar will leave Walford either in delight, or depression following the news of his Uni application. While Pooja Ghazi (Bushra), Paul Bhattacharjee (Inzamam) and Nadim Sawalha (who will play Masood's father, Ahmed) will guest star in a week of episodes which will see the Ahmed brothers, Masood and AJ confront their past. It has also been confirmed that Tyler Moon, on screen love of Whitney Dean will also depart the show in August. It is suspected that viewers will see Tyler visit his father, leaving his relationship with Whitney on the rocks. While Whitney take the plunge and end their relationship. New producer Chrissy2005 supported his decisions by stating "It's always sad to see old faces leave Walford, however to move the show forward you have to say goodbye, to introduce the new. And some characters just come to their natural end. However we are thankful of all the actors, for their support and wish them the best in the future." |

Vicki Fowler Returns.
EastEnders have announced today that they have recasted the role of Vicki Fowler. Vicki is a character that was born back in the 80's and links to two of the biggest clans Walford has ever seen, the Beale/Fowler clan and the Watts family. Vicki first left the Square in 1995, when her mother Michelle fled for America after being impregnated by Grant Mitchell. The character returned played by Scarlett Johnson in 2003, and was involved in some important storylines such as Den Watts return from the grave, and having a termination before departing Christmas 2004. Vicki will returns to Walford during the Summer, following her sister Sharon's departure from the Square. Sharon leaves Walford behind to get her head together after some support from her oldest friends, but leaves son Dennis behind. Vicki is brought back to the Square, by her mother's cousin Ian to support her nephew. However when Vicki returns to Walford, it soon becomes apparent how little she knows about her time away from the Square and in particular her father's death. Although, Vicki and Sharon spent alot of time together in Florida following Den's death, they never really went into details as Sharon was grieving for Dennis, however when greeted with her own demons, Vicki is left facing questions she never knew she had. But when she realizes her sister Sharon is the only one that will give her them, will she stick around to find out the answers? http://ia.media-imdb.com/images/M/MV...0,214,314_.jpg British/Canadian actress Alexandra Harris will take on the role of Vicki from the Summer. Alexandra is said to be excited about playing such an important role in EastEnders history and is keen to bring a new dynamic to the show with her relationships with some of Walford's oldest faces. Vicki has moved on with her life, having forged a new career for herself and becoming independent, but Walford holds many ghosts for Vicki, just like her sister Sharon. New producer *Betty* promised that Vicki will bring drama to the Square: "She instantly walks into a complex situation with Sharon and Dennis, and then finds herself greeted with her father's ghosts. But she is also a changed lady, not only does she have a new face, she also has a new career, a new life and a new love for life. She still holds some of those old traits, but has matured and grown. And she will fill a role, and an age gap that the show has been missing for quite some time. Plus if she and Sharon can make peace, she could bring some much needed stability back into the struggling mother's life." Vicki is said to return in July, however it is unclear how long she will be staying in Walford. |

I've also recasted Vicki in my version, I think there is a gap for her in the show. Glad Tyler will be going and it sounds like there will be lots of Janine to come

Thursday 6 June
Michael tells Kat he wants an answer by the end of the day. He then visits Alice and convinces her to let him see Scarlett later. Janine heads off to work, and speaks with Danny about the drama with Masood and laughs at their history. Janine then heads off home and sends off Alice which leaves Michael gutted that he can't see Scarlett today. Returning home, he waits for Kat and when she returns home she forces him to be honest, he doesn't really want to be with Kat, he just needs her to win Scarlett. With them being honest with each other, they come to a deal and shake on their new found relationship... With Ian and Denise gone, a mortified Joey sneaks downstairs. Lucy follows him, and flirts with him but he is dry with her, warning her that this can't happen again as he still loves Lauren. This leaves Lucy cold, and she gives a cold glare as he leaves. Lucy later teases Joey in front of Whitney, but when he gets her alone she assures him she doesn't want anyone to know either. Tanya tries to help Lauren find her perfect job which confuses Lauren further while Shirley watches as Phil and Sharon discuss her addiction, and Shirley begins to put the pieces together. Kim wants to go shopping, but Kirsty brushes her off telling her she can't afford too again. Ian is stressed as the opening of the restaurant grows ever closer. |

Friday 7 June
At the opening of Ian's new restaurant the locals gather. Ian is mortified when he realises Janine has changed the name to Scarlett's. Roxy and Alfie are having a nice romantic night out. Jean is helping Ian out, while Bianca and Shirley are together. Phil arrives waiting to meet Sharon. Janine, Alice, Danny and Billy arrive to have a work night out and soon after Michael and Kat arrive and announce their relationship. Janine is clearly shaken by the news, as is Alice, and Roxy notices Alfie's negative reaction. Roxy is relieved that Alfie is worried about his place as Tommy's father and Roxy reminds him how Kat has assured him he will always be Tommy's dad. Janine pretends not to care, but Alice is left in a fluster and Bianca notices this when they are in the toilet together. Bianca pushes Alice and she admits her feelings for Michael. Bianca is watching Michael around her. Shirley speaks with Phil, telling him how she has put the pieces together and realises that Sharon has some sort of addiction. Phil doesn't want to listen, but she is honest with him about her struggle with him after his crack addiction and gives him some strong advice telling him if he really loves Sharon, then that will come through. They share a moment of understanding before returning to their usual bickering ways when Sharon arrives. Sharon has just had a run in with Dot, who has commented about how poorly Sharon looks, Sharon's comments about how honest Dot is and it leaves Phil thinking and after their date goes quite well, Phil pays Dot a visit and tells her about Sharon's addiction. Tanya stays at home with Lauren, and they make a deal to both give up alcohol. It soon becomes apparent they have very little to talk about, until they start bitching about people around the Square. Kim pays Kirsty a visit and discovers she has the baby stuff she bought her hidden away, when she pushes her about why, Max arrives and she storms off offended. Max is confused and Kirsty claims she is embarrassed by the fact Kim bought the stuff as she couldn't afford it. Max sends her off to make amends with Kim, and Kirsty awkwardly continues her lie and Kim falls for it, but Kat overhears it. Monday 10 June Dot asks Sharon to come over for lunch, Sharon agrees and heads off to work. Dot is left nervously waiting Sharon's arrival and when she does, Dot reveals she knows about her addiction. Dot tries to speak to Sharon, but horrified that Phil has just revealed her secret she walks out to find him. When she finds Phil she furiously lays into him in the Arches before storming off back to work where she struggles to resist the temptation. Dot pays Ian a visit and tells him about Sharon's struggles and the pair head to the club to find her, and they find her desperately reaching for the bottle of pills... Phil bumping into Tanya asks if she has told the truth yet, asking what he means, Phil explains that Tanya needs to tell Max and Abi about Lauren's addiction for things to improve but when Tanya tries to deny it, Phil points out that she needs to admit the truth to herself first. Returning home, Tanya tells Lauren that she wants to speak to Max and Abi about her problems and Lauren is clearly petrified. While Kirsty's lie's continue, forced into shopping for the baby with Kim by Max, Kirsty is shocked by how much Kim spends on the day out. Returning home, Kat catches her and asks where her addiction to lies ends? Asking if she is going to fake a miscarriage because she is never going to conceive under this pressure and even if she does it is too late, realising Kat is correct, Kirsty is left thinking. Jean pays Kat a visit and asks if she really wants to be with Michael. When Kat comments that she and Michael could be good together, Jean jumps on that telling Kat that could will never work, and points out that Kat is still obsessed with Alfie but Kat points out that she can't keep hanging on to the hope that he will take her back and Jean is brought back down to earth. While Michael overhears Danny on the phone commenting that money makes the world go round, and his suspicions are aroused. Tuesday 11 June Sharon, Dot and Ian have it out about Sharon's addiction in the club office. Dot reminds Sharon of how she felt when Angie drank, and points out she is repeating the cycle by letting Dennis see her as this mess she has become. Dot appeals to Sharon to become strong again, Sharon snaps that none of them understand as they haven't lost anyone like Dennis but Dot reminds her that Dennis wouldn't like to see her like this. Ian connects with Sharon by using his own breakdown and recovery to make her realise she needs help. When Phil arrives at the club it's tense between them all, but Sharon finally admits that she needs to get help, go away and become strong again. Tanya calls Max and Abi to the house. She gets Lauren to admit the depth of her problem with alcohol and Max is uncomfortable as Lauren tells them that she can't take anymore secrets and lies. When Max wants to go and speak to Lucy about dropping the police charges, Lauren stops him, telling him that she doesn't want anymore protection from the law and it's about time she faced up to her actions. Abi questions her comment and Max comments on the car crash with Joey, and Derek covering it up. But Lauren reveals to Abi that she ran over Max all those years ago and Tanya took the blame. As Kirsty keeps calling, Max makes his escape at this point leaving Tanya to deal with an angry Abi who rages at both Tanya and Lauren. Arriving back home, Kirsty claims she has miscarried the baby and she went to the hospital alone to be checked over. Max asks why she never called him and she points out she did, but he was busy with Tanya once again. Max makes a promise to Kirsty to never let Tanya come between them again. Denise ruins Kim's buzz as she enjoys showing off her new purchases by pointing out that she appears to have spent a lot, but Kim gets defensive and tells her sister that they don't all have men to treat them. It's awkward between them afterwards. Michael pays Masood a visit and questions him about Danny, using Scarlett's well being as a way to get him to open up, Michael is intrigued by Danny's underhand tactics with Syed. While Kat pays Janine a visit, Janine laughs off Kat's relationship with Michael claiming to see through it as a publicity stunt. Kat neither confirms nor denies it but has a real go at Janine, claiming she doesn't want Scarlet she just doesn't want Michael to have her. Kat tells Janine she will never change, as she is just the same. Janine refuses to be compared to Kat and chucks her out, but is left thinking. While when ignored by Michael, Alice finds herself stealing from the market and adding to her collection under the stairs. Thursday 13 June Sharon has spent the night at the Beale's house. Ian speaks to her, about getting his life back on track and start a fresh with his new restaurant which really connects with Sharon. As she prepares to leave for rehab that Phil has booked her into, Dot pays her a visit and shows her support once again. Leaving Dennis in Ian's care, he is confused when his mother says goodbye and leaves him behind. Just as she is about to get in her cab to leave, Sharon tells Phil that it's over between them for now, and urges Phil to get his own life sorted, telling him he doesn't need certain people to be happy, he just needs to let his anger go. Phil is horrified as Sharon kisses him goodbye. Tanya is annoyed by Max's disappearing act and pays him a visit but he reveals how Kirsty has had a miscarriage and tells Tanya this has to stop, she can't keep coming between them, Tanya is taken aback and leaves. Returning home, the news of Kirsty's miscarriage leaves Lauren more shaken than Tanya and Abi realise, and once they have gone, Lauren ends up reaching for the booze... while Tanya resists the temptation. After Kim bumps into Bianca taking Morgan to school, she is left looking at photos of her and Ray together, seeing Bianca returning from the walk to school she asks her to join her shopping as it's her day off. The pair head into town together, and Kim once again begins to spend a lot, which Bianca comments on. Bianca also airs her concerns about Alice and Michael, and Kim points out she should speak to Janine. Michael speaks with Danny about Janine and they soon discover they both have a common interest in her money. While Kat discovers Alice cuddled up to one of Michael's shirts. Freaked out, Kat chucks Alice out of the house. Janine seeing an opportunity, asks Alice to move in as a full time Nanny, but it's clear she has Kat's words ringing in her ears. Friday 14 June Dennis is refusing to go to school, upset that Sharon has gone. Ian is stressed trying to talk him round and Lucy ends up snapping at Ian that taking on an extra child on top of his new business is too much for him to handle. Denise soon arrives and steps in to calm things, relaxing tensions in the house, they decide Dennis can have the day off. Ian and Denise spend the day trying to entertain Dennis and making him feel at home, Phil and Dot both pay a visit to Ian showing concern for Dennis, something Ian says about Dennis' death makes Phil uncomfortable. Tanya and Abi are petrified when they discover that Lauren hasn't came home the night before. They rush to get Max, and Tanya assures him she's not trying to come between him and Kirsty. They eventually find Lauren stumbling home, discovering she spent the night in an alleyway, the family support Lauren but come down strict on her. Kirsty is once again left watching from the Square as Max and Tanya talk in the Branning living room. Michael bumps into Alice and tells her he is disgusted at the way she behaved yesterday but assures her she can make it up to him, by continuing to dig the dirt on Janine from the inside. Kim pays Janine a visit as they are supposed to be going shopping together to get Scarlett things, Janine gives Kim her credit card and sends her off instead. We later see Kim arriving back with lots of things for her, and only one bag for Scarlett. Michael meets with Danny and comes up with a deal to scam Janine of her cash, while Janine calls round to Kat's asking her how they compare, leaving Kat to open up about how she can't resist the temptation of being used by men, just like Janine can't the resist the temptation of stopping other's happiness. Janine is left intrigued, Bianca then pays her a visit and airs her worries about how Michael is treating Alice, but Janine assures her she knows exactly what game Kat and Michael are playing and she's already on step ahead... |

EastEnders Reveal New Add Campaign.
http://img546.imageshack.us/img546/7752/f2q.jpg EastEnders have revealed their new ad campaign. Posters of a darkened Queen Vic will flood the UK in the next few days advertising the week of the 24th to the 28th June, which sees a dramatic twist in the Janine and Michael custody battle story. There are different versions of the poster, one of just the Vic. One with Janine outside the Vic, one with Michael outside the Vic, one with Scarlett's pram outside the Vic, one with Kat outside the Vic, one with Alice outside the Vic, one with Danny Pennant outside the Vic, one with Whitney, Bianca and Carol outside the Vic, one with Alfie and Roxy outside the Vic and the final one of Jean outside the Vic. Implying they will all be major players in the weeks events. The week will see Janine and Michael's custody battle reach boiling point as they have their day in court, but the events that will unfold are being kept a closely guarded secret with fans only being informed of the court case, a dramatic face off on the Friday episode and many twists and turns though out the week. The posters are joined by two slogans, "You will be on the EEdge of your seat" and "Janine and Michael, it's going to reach it's pEEak". It is believed the ad campaign is one of the shows new producer *Betty*'s first moves to bring back lost viewers as viewing figures have plummeted in recent weeks. It is also believed these scenes have been filmed as recently as two weeks ago after rewrites and edits have taken place to get the show back into fighting form as they head towards a very dramatic winter. EastEnders big week airs Monday 24th June at 8:00pm, Tuesday 25th June at 7:30pm, Thursday 27th June, at 7:30pm and Friday 28th June, 8:00pm. |

Shona McGarty to leave EastEnders.
It has been revealed today that Shona McGarty who plays Whitney Dean in BBC soap EastEnders is to leave the show. The decision was taken by producers after discussions over the quantity and quality of the younger characters in the show after complaints that the younger characters were dominating the show. Whitney who joined the show in 2008, is the step daughter of EastEnders legend Bianca Butcher and is expected to bow out in September as the soap continues to go through a period of change, with last minute rewrites and a new producer at helm following dropping viewing figures. Whitney has been involved in some of the shows most dramatic storylines during her time including a child abuse storyline and prostitution however in recent years her stories including relationship with Tyler Moon whom is also due to leave the show hasn't caught the audience's attention. New producer *Betty* said of Shona's departure "After careful consideration we decided to write Shona out of the show. The character of Whitney has been an important part of the show and we will be sad to see her leave. Whitney will leave the Square after saying goodbye to her friends and family following events that will shake Walford, and though it may seem like a quiet exit for a character that has been at the centre of controversial storylines, it's the final scenes that will be perfect as Whitney waves her family goodbye leaving the door open for Shona to return in future when we feel like we could take Whitney in a new direction. We'd like to thank Shona for her understanding and commitment to the show." EastEnders continues tonight on BBC 1 at 8pm. |

Monday 17 June
Janine continues to mess with Michael's emotions, by stopping him once again from seeing Scarlett. Alice feels bad, and secretly sneaks Scarlett to see him when she is babysitting however Janine arrives and takes her daughter away, sacking Alice on the spot. An annoyed Alice tells Michael however that she got those details he wanted... Dot arrives to give Kirsty some baby stuff she has bought, Kirsty is frozen and Max arrives and takes control of the situation. Kat runs into Dot soon after, and Dot tells her how Kirsty has lost the baby. Uncomfortable Kat waits until Max has gone, and pays Kirsty a visit, they have a tense row about it, but Kirsty tells Kat she needs her support with this, as she's the only one she can talk to. While Tanya worries that Lauren is blaming herself for Kirsty's miscarriage as she avoids Max. At the Vic, Fatboy is running a pub quiz. Roxy, Alfie, Ian and Denise are in a team. Ian tells Denise that he heard Dennis sobbing in the night. Roxy and Alfie joke about their baby plans but it's clear that Alfie isn't certain. Masood and AJ are a team and AJ winds Masood up about Carol, who is with Shirley, Jean and Ava, after Shirley roped the team together in the hope of winning some extra cash. Patrick, Cora and Poppy make up another team and Poppy notices how they both feel about one another. They are all delighted when they win, with Patrick and Cora almost sharing a kiss in the excitement of the moment. |

Tuesday 18 June
Michael meets with Danny, and gives him the details that Alice gave him. Michael makes Danny promise that he will have his payment by a week on Thursday. Alice is downbeat having lost her job, and Michael assures her that he will make sure she is okay, soon, which Kat picks up on. Janine tells Michael she will let him have Scarlett later in the day, Michael is once again annoyed when Janine pulls out at last minute. Michael tracks Janine down, and Janine laughs that she will never let Michael near her daughter again, not after Alice's stunt. When Alice overhears she is devastated and begs Michael to forgive her... Michael just smiles. Lauren pays Kirsty a visit, Kirsty is uncomfortable as Lauren breaks down over the miscarriage and starts blaming herself. Kirsty tries to assure Lauren and unable to handle the pressure, Kirsty rushes out, running straight into Kat. Kirsty wants to tell the truth, but Kat makes her think if she really wants to do this. Kat tells Kirsty she wants her to tell the truth, but she has to do it because she really wants to. Kirsty returns home to find Max waiting on her, and she continues her lie. Having won last night's quiz, Cora and Patrick hit the betting shop and when Cora wins big they celebrate and nearly share a kiss again in the moment, but Cora pushes him away and rushes home which is overseen by Poppy and Kim who have spent all afternoon gossiping about it at the Salon. Later Kim puts her foot in it by commenting to Denise and Ava that their parents (meaning Cora and Patrick) seem to be getting closer and Ava snaps that Cora isn't her mother. Jean and Shirley joke about getting their own place together, but it's clear the idea appeals to both of them. Masood talks to Ian about moving on, and Ian points out that he wasn't over Jane when he was determined to please Mandy, and asks if Masood is really over Zainab because Carol doesn't need anymore pain in her life. While Alfie also reveals to Ian that he and Roxy are planning to start a family, but Ian can see that Alfie's heart isn't in it. While AJ jokes to Roxy that they should start their fling up again which Jean overhears. |

EastEnders: Cindy Beale's daughter to join Walford.
EastEnders will add another member to the Beale household this summer as Cindy's daughter turns up in Walford. Cindy Junior will arrive on screen in August after deciding to spend the rest of her summer holiday on Albert Square. However, what the Beales don't know is that she has no intention of being sent back home to Devon when term starts. Mimi Keene, whose previous credits include BBC One's Our Girl, has been cast in the role of Cindy Junior. Show bosses have teased that Cindy Junior shares many similarities with her late mother, as she is not yet 15 and is already a magnet for trouble. The schoolgirl relishes the attention that her bad behaviour brings, but deep down she is lonely. After spending time with her half-brother Peter (Ben Hardy) in Devon, she longs to be embraced by the family she should have grown up in. Billed as "cheeky and hugely likeable", the mischievous teen has no fears or inhibitions and will shake up life for the Beales and the Square in general. EastEnders' executive producer *Betty* commented: "Mimi is an exciting addition to the show and a great actress as her previous work has shown. "Cindy's a minx, creating a great energy within the newly-reformed Beale clan. With Peter, Lucy, Bobby and Cindy to contend with, it'll be a lively household - Ian and Denise will certainly have their work cut out. Plus we have Vicki Fowler back, alongside Sharon. The new generation of the Beale/Fowlers are ready to step forward." Long-time EastEnders fans will know that Cindy Beale died in childbirth, so Ian decided to name the baby Cindy in her honour. Cindy Junior, whose father is businessman Nick Holland, then went to live with her grandma and aunt in Devon. Cindy Junior previously appeared on screen as a baby in 1998, and also made a brief appearance in 2007 with Eva Sayer playing the part. |

Alfie is heading into town, Michael hitches a lift as he has things to plan. Janine leaves Whitney to look after Scarlett as she has to rush off to work. Whitney soon finds herself distracted when Tyler turns up with lunch for her. Returning to check on Scarlett, Whitney finds her surrounded by bleach. Going into panic mode, Whitney makes Tyler rush for help. Carol is heading home from work and dragged to the house, unsure whether Scarlett has drank the bleach they call for an ambulance and Whitney is forced to go and find Janine at work. Janine is furious as she rushes to the house. She lays into Whitney until Carol stops her, the ambulance arrives and a crowd gather wondering what is going on. Kat panics when she discovers that it's Scarlett, and rushes around looking for Michael. At the hospital, Janine tries desperately to get in touch with Michael, leaving an emotional voice mail for him worrying if he was right all along and she is a bad mother... while Michael returns from town with Alfie, it's clear they've been discussing Roxy as they get out the car Michael comments that Roxy deserves better than to be strung along and he should speak with her. Kat catches up with them and both Kat and Alfie are horrified by Michael's calm reaction to the news of Scarlett's hospital trip. Michael heads off, arriving at the gym he finds Alice and gives her a lump of cash asking if everything went to plan and as Alice goes to speak, Michael tells her that Tyler won't let Whitney suffer for it, and he smirks. Max arranges for Lauren and Abi to come over to the flat to have dinner with him and Kirsty, who is clearly dreading it. Tanya is uncomfortable as she watches Lauren and Abi head over there. Poppy and Fatboy have come up with a plan to get Cora and Patrick together. Poppy speaks with Cora over a drink, while Fatboy drags Patrick along to help the Masoods redecorate the living room. AJ and Tamwar can't understand why at first, but AJ soon realises that Masood is trying to rid Zainab from his life. While Kim pays Ava a visit and gives her a gift to make up for the misunderstanding the day before, they talk about Cora avoiding Patrick, and Ava accuses Cora of being racist. Uncomfortable Kim pays Cora a visit and asks if she is avoiding Patrick because he is black, Cora is horrified to learn it came from Ava... |

I liked the ending, Ann Mitchell is a good actress and if the racism story will be developed it'll be good for Cora- especially if we find exactly why Ava was abandoned etc

Friday 21 June
Kat finds Michael hiding at the club, she is horrified at how cold he is towards Scarlett being in hospital. They bicker, and Michael starts Kat by asking her to sign some papers, claiming it's to do with the court next week but when he leaves the room she checks what she has signed and realised she has signed the deeds for his share of the club. Pushing Michael for answers, Kat is taken aback when Michael reveals his plans to flee with Scarlett next week after winning the court case, Kat asks how he can be so certain that he will win, Michael smirks as Kat is very uncomfortable. Janine is at the hospital with Carol, they talk and Carol notices how much Janine misses Pat. Janine is so relieved when the doctors confirm that Scarlett hasn't drank any of the bleach, however she is very uncomfortable when social services approach her about the incident. Carol waits to make sure that things are okay first before heading home, and Janine tells Carol that she isn't all that bad. Alfie finally plucks up the courage to tell Roxy that he isn't ready to start a family with her, but Roxy is offended and walks out. Whitney bumps into an uncomfortable Alice, Whitney has been arguing with Tyler (off screen) about the bleach incident and Alice convinces Whitney to make up with Tyler leaving her relieved. Kirsty is so uncomfortable at the awkward family dinner and when Lauren brings up feeling to blame, she rushes out. Kirsty notices Tanya awkwardly lurking in the Square watching the flat, they talk about Lauren and feeling to blame, and Tanya tells Kirsty she doesn't know how to help Lauren and breaks down, taking Kirsty aback. A furious Cora pays Ava a visit, and rages at her about her racist comments. Cora assures Ava she didn't give her up because she was black. She gave her up because the world had a problem with her having a black baby, not that she did. Ava is taken aback when Cora discusses her father and how he was the best man she has ever known. Ava and Cora come to an understanding as they discuss their reluctance to let then men in their life's in after being hurt so many times before. Ava assures Cora that Patrick is a good man, but Cora advises Ava to be sure that Sam has changed. Masood and AJ step out of the decorating to discuss Masood's feelings about Zainab, AJ makes him realise that he is ready to make a new start. |
