Totally agree he even said on "YBF" I didn't bring Kurt back, because I knew he'd get fired after the milkshake saga from the week before, and his mistake was a genuine mistake!!

Here's the REAL reason he shouldn't have taken 2 women in (rather than sexism, which he may or may not possess).

Because Sugar was never going to fire a woman this week, after so many have gone.

Lord Sugar has long been informed of the informal rules of Reality TV. He knows that you can't whittle down an entire gender out of the contest without facing a public reaction. So any person inside the process should realize by now that there's a threshold where after a certain number of women have gone, the show will jump through any hoops necessary to even things out a bit more.

Not that Zee didn't really deserve to go--he probably did. But if he'd taken two of the less impressive men in with him, chances are decent one of them might have been booted instead.

Ah, but on the other hand, getting rid of Zee means getting rid of the fourth BME candidate. This is clear evidence that whatever is driving the firing process, it is not political correctness.

He's clearly making up for series three, where two of the final five were Asian. Or series five, when a mixed-race candidate won. If anything, the initial line-ups have slightly over-represented ethnic minorities compared to the general population.

Or series 1
