Totally the wrong decision. A great character with integrity and he's gone; gone way too soon.

Sucks.

It sucks when one you like goes early. I didn't too much care for Zee myself though.

I was hacked off when my favourite Sophie went. Sure she was kind of useless, but Natalie is too and she is still on it.

He was entertaining initially but all I can remember him doing is yelling in Jason's face, being the only guy to fail at selling the chair (one of the best ever products on the show) and being possibly the worst PM this series.

Integrity? he hid it very well.

He was a halfwit (albeit an amusing one), and good riddance to him.

He didn't backstab or have a nasty streak like the others have.

Well if you don't consider sexism nasty

Neil was also sexist last week when he was shouting down at Uzma making out that her opinion did not matter at all, or is that not classed as sexism.

Neil yelling at Uzma, who is very incompetent in her own right, is not really comparable to Zee's treatment of Natalie and Leah throughout the entire episode, but nice try.

Uzma incompetent and Natalie competent? Seriously? You mean the competent Natalie who was told exactly what to do by Louisa when she was pm? The Natalie who said "can I have the yellow pages" and then sat quietly when he ignored her? She should have done her mighty shouting performance she nomally does in the boardroom. But OK. I don't think we were watching the same programme!!!

I think Neil pretty much did the same as Zee in that they didn't really care for what both Uzma and Natalie had to say and we're very dismissive of their suggestions.

If that was sexism then they both were as bad as each other.

Indeed an lot of the males are very similar - you could add Neil and Kurt and to a lesser extent Jordan who all ignore their female team members, and some of whom ignore most of the males too.

Natalie WAS a spare-tyre in this ep. Leah was just bitter, bitter, bitter. AND totally incompetent in leading the sub team. They are of the same ilk as Uzma IMHO.

It wasn't just Zee being dismissive of Natalie but also disregarding Neil and Kurt's mistakes just because "they tried" and bringing Natalie and Leah back. But then again I wouldn't be surprised if Neil was a sexist too

Yup, Zee was fired for his stupidity. He should either bring Kurt or Neil in the boardroom. Actually, I think Leah should be there as well. Natalie, though she was a spare tyre, just appeared to be a soft target from Zee's perspective. He probably thought "I won't let her do much in my team, and then I can accuse her of not doing anything." Imagine if she gets shouty and insisted she wanted things her way, she would accused of being disruptive and bitchy. Leah, she was just bitchy from the word go when she wasn't picked as the leader of the team. And appointing herself as the sub team leader? Deserved to go into the boardroom just for that arrogance.

Well you're right about that, he managed to be abrupt and rude to their faces - the women that is.

Yeah, I agree with the first poster but not for the same reasons. I think Zee had some real comedy potential. Most of the other contestants disliked him - the women, in particular - and had he stuck around until the final few episodes I'm sure he would have entertained the viewers. In a weird way he reminds me of an asian Del-boy Trotter from Only Fools And Horses.

"This time next year, Lord Sugar, we'll be millionaires!"

"I already am, Zee."

"Oh right, I forgot."

People use the term sexism to refer to ANYTHING against a girl. Sexism means you do something discriminatory because they ARE a girl! Zee and Neil didn't dismiss Natalie and Uzma because they were girls! They dismissed them because they thought there would be more appropriate people for taks/Uzma and Nat were less useful.

Girls take advantage of this so much! Natalie took advantage so much. Zee seemed like a nice guy, I thought she was overexaggerating completely! And then look at Leah! Latching on to what Nat said just because she could, it's disgusting. Leah was my favorite but I don't know after this.

Zee.... A Nice guy? Nope. He was an arsehole (to both women and men!). Other than that though I 100% agree with your post.

Yeah, maybe not a nice guy, but nicer than what Natalie was suggesting (Leah too - jumping onto the bandwagon ).

They're grown women, not ''girls''. As am I.

Yup. That I can totally agree with. I think Natalie and Leah are far too quick to play the sexism card. I think they would be a nightmare to work with.

It's pretty obvious that Zee didn't have much time for either of them. But they don't seem to realise that that is probably because they are both a waste of space and their gender doesn't change that fact.
