It is a team, and the opinion of everyone deserves to be heard, and everyone deserves to be trusted. Sure, they got the final decision, but maybe your mental vision of the whole thing is not the best and can be improved if you let people express their ideas. While they keep thinking their model is perfect and theres no point on listening what your team members have to say, I will be happy when they lose the task.”
Indeed, so does that make Neil sexist too or are we letting him off because he is not BME? It's funny how no one picked up on him being sexist last week when he basically berated Uzma in front of everyone. She was not the cleverest of people, but he could have at least listened to what she had to say!

I wouldn't go as far as saying the BME candidates are the best ones. Some of them are as thick as dog crap. Think Sandeesh (who could do no right) and Gizelle (who could do no right). However, I did feel Sophie and Uzma getting the boot was a bit debatable. Sophie should NOT have gone. Natalie messed the task up, so it was her turn to go. If she stayed then why did Zee not stay? Again with Neil and Uzma, both were pants and both should have gone, not just Uzma.
Basically that means Neil and Natalie were kept on even though they both lost their tasks as pm, but Zee got the boot for doing the same thing. Hmmmm indeed.
