BB6 is by far the best, closely followed by BB7.
BB6 never had a dull episode, and there was an argument almost every other day. Whenever there weren't arguments, there were secret missions and tasks that kept the episode entertaining.
BB7 was good to because it had some great characters and there were a lot of twists in the series.

BB9 for me. I was always entertained, the ones I disliked got their comeuppances, and the most deserving one (imo) won. 
BB10, too. It was very entertaining and underrated in my opinion, one of the best ones. Wasn't a massive fan of the final 5 bar Siavash and David, though, and I didn't like some eviction results, but the series entertained me.
BB11 started off very well, but the latter half was pretty dull.

BB8 was the worst from the awful all female start onwards and remains the only series todate in which i didnt like any of the hms and had no one to root for

BB5 for me. The tipping point from the early BB into what we see now. And you had to love Victor and I remember fight night as being genuinely enthralling and quite exciting
BB3 was the one that got me hooked. BB6 & BB7 were pretty good for me too.
Lately BB12 and the furore over Aaron got me engaged.

BB6 for sure. There was arguments,humor and never a dull episode in the entire series. The tasks were brilliant and the overall production was great too.
BB5,7 and 9 are also very good seasons with great housemates,tasks,arguments and of course in BB5 the infamous fight night.
These are probably my top four seasons but BB6 has the edge over the other three

I think BB3 was the most successful example of what BB can do though BB5 had better tasks and a slightly better cast. Hard to pick between them but 3's strong final week gives it an edge. 5's final day was more predictable but also more emotional.
BB10 was the worst for me. The producers lost control of the series and panicked by tossing in boyfriends for a week. Dumping Beinazir with that non-housemate twist was an abysmal start. Freddie & Noirin briefly created some drama but were both shafted by the appalling Bea.
