That pink guy just summed up why only singers and dancers enter the show.

I agree. They've just been so bloody rude to the juggler just now. It may be old fashioned, doesn't mean they should be so rude about it

people complain about lack of variety but then complain about the variety when it does come along

if you could do it better go do it yourself

I liked the trick but I agree with the judges in that the act was a bit tedious because of all that talking and delay.
I think that the judges are being a bit harsh aswell on the other variety, but there are other variety acts out there who are popular/yet to appear and hopefully they will represent that category well in the final.

I liked him.

I don't see any reason for the judges to use the buzzers at all in the semi-finals. They give feedback at the end anyway and it isn't them who vote until the last two.

without all the talking the act would only last 10 seconds. think he should have done something a bit different

was a big disappointment cos the first audition was great, but hes blown it completely by opening his gob and draaaaaaaagggging the trick out which was not so special anyway.

This man is likeable and has a talent.

There is only time for one illusion in the time allowed and he pulled it off very well

He is an illusionist... and had two minutes to wow the audience with just that.... a super illusion that baffles !!

What did he do... he spent about 1.5 minutes of his two minute allocation waffling on and talking nonsense.....with a very very poor finale to the whole thing..... it was no biggie at all where the guy on the motorbike came from.... at least during his first audition there was that "how is he doing that" moment with the levitation.

This was crap... very very poor, but I don't blame him. Even HE said.... it was the producers... and he was right... they did him no favours at all tonight.

he should have done more levitating, perhaps with one of the judges.

The magician was much better in the auditions. They took a risk with the juggler and it didn't pay off.

What he should have done instead of talking a monologue was to do a small trick with a theme that naturally leads into the big illusion.

The simple rolling up of a picture with a motorcycle on it, a quick wave of the hand and unrolled to show the motorcycle has vanished. That would have been visual and fitted where the talking went.

Then walk over to the main illusion, pull curtain and wow, there is a full real motorcycle.

Or anything like that that builds a theme, flows and is visual. You just don't have time to establish a character in the time given and is pointless establishing one if you are not doing a full show, just one quick illusion.

But anything but blood singers, dancers and kids!

I agree; the production was awful. It just didn't work.

It was to me. Can you (or someone) explain it to me because I genuinely have no idea how he did it.
