All the classic series of BB are hard to watch at times.
BB3 : Jade and Tim bullying Sophie/Sandy peeing in the bin.
BB5 : Fight Night/Ahmed v Michelle/Jason being nasty at the end.
BB6 :Bin throwing/sam being bullied/Maxwell and saskia.
BB7: Shabazz/Dawn/Sam/Grace throwing water over susie etc.
Then there are the CH4 BBs that lost the plot BB8-11.

I dont see a great deal of difference in terms of housemates on 5 except some of them like Lauren Lydia and Deana were imo better than any HMs after BB7.

CH4 also introduced those things that they like to blame 5 for like musical montages/fast editing.
5s got a lot of things to fix about a show that ch4 had pulled to the ground,the stuff that didnt go down well does seem to get altered ( musical montages for example were cut right back )
IMO 5 did a good job ressurecting a show 4 killed off,for me this year is the year to step it up a few gears and it sounds like they are doing so given all the changes.

For me CH4 had no excitement after the disaster of BB8..BB9-11 are among my least favourite series...BB10 was especially unforgiveable,its like the producers give up entirely and went home allowing the HMs full reign of the house.

I prefer normal but I do enjoy CBB so wouldn't axe it. I agree with a few others on this thread that the summer CBB should be axed.

I like both, but usually much prefer regular BB to CBB.

I much prefer proper BB, never really been a fan of CBB, never even watched the first few and now just do it so i can join in on the forum. They really should not have a CBB immediately after BB, as it lessens the effect of the ending of proper BB for me and one CBB a year is plenty

Yes I agree there should just be a january CBB and normal BB may/june.
I never took to the CBBs but I have to be honest and say with the exception of the Jedward one C5s CBB has been great.
9 being a close favourite to ch4s CBB4.

I think 5 have done an excellent job with CBB but the 2 series a year is a bit much and Id really hope Ben Frow considers going back to 1 CBB per year.

I used to prefer the normal show but when it moved to Channel 5 it became tackier somehow and uninteresting to me. Therefore, I prefer the celebrity version now but feel that too has declined in quality.

I prefer the normal as the housemates dont hold back as much as the celebs, they have nothing to lose and everything to gain. the celebs get paid there fee, and they can sit around and do nothing they still get paid.....

normal is much better, it's like the premiership, a marathon, and not a well paid sprint like the fatcat celeb version
