Here's a curve ball for you. I predict there will be more than one Wildcard act. Just saying. Something in my bones. And the extra week prep time.

The wildcard can be picked from any contestant not just top 3 - Simon confirmed this on the first BGMT semi-final show.

Any? As in we could get to see the diving team? I would love to see them on a live show

No just those that made it to the live shows. a bit like Aquabatic (though they obviously got to the semis) think the logistics ultimately scuppered them. Talent wise I thought they should be put through.

Oh! so to answer the OP's original question. Alice, Joseph, James and someone from tonight's Semi. Each judge getting one choice.

Please be James More I wanted to see more of this guy.

It will be Alice. She is who King Simon wants so it's her it will be.

It won't be. She'll be getting a record deal anyway so there's really no need for him to re-write the rules to get her in to the final.

I would like it to be James More, though it's going to be hard for him to top his first audition act. However, I think it might be Joseph.

People - it will be one of the third placed acts. I think the judges will find it hard to choose one out of 35 or so acts, compared to just 5.

So in that case, Joseph.

Somewhere on the bgt site it is in black and white that the wild card will be picked from the 3rd placed finalists

The judges can choose whoever they like whatever position the cats finished in.

Alice doesn't have the public support from her semi, and nothing is going to change that if she gets the wildcard into the final - she'll just have to face beng rejected again which won't do her stage fright/ nerves any good (if of course she really does suffer from stage fright and nerves!)

I'd like to see Joseph, or James or Arthur Lager (i.e. a real variety act!) get through ...

If Steve does not make it through tonight I think he'll end up the wildcard

Sadly, knowing the judges this year, it'll be Youth Creation.

The wildcard will come from tonight. Wouldn't be surprised to see it announced tonight immediately after the 3rd placed act is assumingly sent packing ...unless Maarty ends up 3rd.

Ant or Dec said earlier that at the end of tonight's show we would know the full line-up for the final. That would mean that we will be told of the wild card tonight, or maybe I am just reading too much into the comment
