I've never seen anyone going to school unless I missed the episodes.

Belle and Sean sometimes get on the bus wearing uniform. They claim to be going to school, but who knows?

The snow is quickly cleared away from the roads and footpaths and put into neat piles. There is never a problem with anyone getting stuck and not being able to get to School or the Shops

Ah, but you're missing the vital point. The Sharma staff work so hard, that they actually generate enough heat to create a micro climate and melt the snow.

You never see a rubbish/recycling bin/box/caddy (it's all so complicated now isn't it) or a bin lorry these days. Debbie was chucking a huge bag of rubbish out last night. I bet she hadn't sorted it.

This just backs up my point about them having the best Council in Britain. The bin men collect everyone's rubbish and sort it out for them.

They do a fine job of picking it from the streets as well, and keeping the verges nicely cut. No trace of a Giant Hogweed or Japanese knotweed outbreak around the village either. Well done North Yorkshire Council You should be aware however, that there appears to be slackness in the planning department. Keep an eye on Home Farm Estates.

I find it incredulous that Moira Barton can actually have anything to do with Cain Dingle and empathise with him when he is "so cut up" about her losing his baby, after the way he treated that young girl Amy who ended up giving birth on her own in the middle of the village! I honestly don't think any woman could be that easily swayed by a bit of rough! He's not that good looking at least not imo!

This is not a SOR more a general question. Val, Eric & sometimes Amy run the B&B but live in their own house. Who runs the B&B when they are at home? I can't recall seeing any other staff working there apart from them. Does everything come to a halt the second Val, Eric & Amy step outside the B&B's front door?

They can do that. They just leave a contact number so guests can get them if there's a problem. Lots of people who run b and bs live in separate accommodation - guests have to be out during the day, so that's not a problem. Once they've got the rooms done they can probably come and go as they please.

I think that the difference is that he wanted a baby with Moira and he didn't want one with Amy. He loves Moira and he saw the baby as a chance for him to be a proper dad. Moira ended up wanting to have his baby and knew how much he wanted it - she was never going to question his feelings about the miscarriage because she felt the same way.

I'm not saying that his actions towards Amy weren't appalling - they were, but I think his feelings are different for their baby because he loves Moira. He didn't love Amy and he didn't want a baby with her - it would have been a constant reminder that he had slept with a young girl and had treated her very badly.

IMO he is that good looking

Home Farm is supposed to be a massive house (I think there was mention once of it having 10 bedrooms), but we only ever see about half a dozen rooms.

At least the interior now more-or-less matches the exterior.

There's no 'touristy/day tripper' things apart from the B&B - even though they're near (in?) the National Park and the B&B always seems busy. One of the farms would be running an organic tea room/shop with attached petting zoo. There would be a stately home or something similar nearby, and some of the locals would work or volunteer there. Natasha had her farm shop, but that was turned into a general store.

Cain could fed toddlers to hungry lions, Moira wouldn't give a s**t. She would pretend to be angry, dump him for two episodes then take him back because he's such a good man.

A small tourist information centre with maybe a few tables where visitors can have a coffee would be more realistic in a small village than the Starbuck/Costa they've replaced the post office with.

That's a point. The coffee shop isn't any bigger than it was before the fire. What has happened to the space that used to be the shop/Post Office?

or a food waste bin...in soaps if one is late for their dinner, lunch or tea, they scrape it right into the normal bin..I notice this alot lol
