Royal Variety Performance

I have been reading a lot of threads with interest and have a point to make. However I did not know which thread to put it in so I will say it here.

The winner of BGT appears in the Royal Variety Show, yes?

Well then in my opinion the final needs to offer a good selection of variety acts to choose from to perform for the Royal Family. If it is mostly singers and dancers being voted through then in my opinion it is does not have the necessary variety.

It seems to be more about Syco's new protege than an act for the RVS.

The Queen is too polite to ever show if she likes them or not.
Plus the winner get 3 minutes in a 2 hour show of very polished professionals who cover every spectum of variety.

The Queen really likes anyone with a ukele like George Formby or anyone who plays the spoons.
I used to be chief lady in waiting to "her maj" for 40 years so I know what I'm talking about.

She would like Attraction.

If we're going on variety, then we're looking at either Francine or Jack to win at this moment in time. You could add Attraction to that list if they go through.

Solo singers, groups, various dance acts, an impressionist and a comedian. Sounds like a pretty standard variety show to me.
