That's all very well if you subscribe to Netflix but I'll be waiting for Channel 4 to show this.

I haven't seen anything announced yet but I would hope they pick this up soon and maybe start it in their autumn schedule. It sounds promising from what I read in Wiki but I think this thread needs to be renamed, as 'UK pace' means screening on UK tv and not some other media source

Maybe you mean 'US pace' in which case it still needs renamed.

Is there a time that it will be available from on Monday?

I do have access to a Netflix account and as I enjoyed season 1 and 2 I will have to watch.

Judging by the first episode getting added, probably about 8am each Monday morning

Yes the two part opening was available early this morning and still the slow burn I remember.

The new cast is like a who's who of Canadian acting talent which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Regarding Holder's girlfriend, spoiler marked just in case.

Spoiler

Overall looking forward to see where this is going after that ending.

Do Netflix have exclusive UK rights then?. I suppose I'm answering my own question since they've apparently part funded Season 3.

I don't have Netflix so I might have to watch it at "US Pace" I suppose.

Yes they do and according to reports Channel 4 were not interested in picking up S3 at least for its first run.

Watching it at US pace might not be much different to UK pace if Netfilx keeps to its current release schedule.

Oh i know - i've subscribed before, but I can't quite afford it at the moment. And i've also got a year's subscription to Lovefilm that I picked up cheaply at the end of last year as well.

US Pace it is then I suppose. Knowing Channel 4, if they do ultimately consider 2nd run rights, it could be at least a year before we get a chance to see it.

How can this thread be UK paced when no UK broadcaster has picked up the rights to show it? You may as well label it Netflix pace since that's the only way anyone can watch it.

I knew that Season 3 has begun production but had no idea it was going to be shown so soon. Shame no one has picked it up yet, it's a quality show. I very much doubt Ch4 will broadcast it.

Actually Netflix UK and Ireland pace as Netflix US won't have access until a few months after it finishes its run on AMC, don't know about any other regions.

Have to say, I am pretty amazed that this damp squib of a series has been blessed with a third season. Seemed like a goner for sure. Having said this, the season opener would suggest they've made some major improvements... All of the characters who were so utterly tiresome before (the politicos, the Laarsons) have been scrapped, and in exchange some great actors have been drafted in: Elias Koteas, Grace Zabriskie, Jewel Staite. The plot seems to be moving a little quicker this time too. If it wasn't for Little Miss Sourface then I'd almost be looking forward to the next episode

Yeah I thought it was pretty good and I didn't care that it was 1.5 hours either

I have a soft spot for Sarah I like her being moody. Although the cow scene was pretty strange. The guy who is on death row is also a very interesting character. I also like the new character bullet but I think her character might change soon seeing as how the episode ended.

Watched this weeks ep this morning. S03E02 on Netfilx UK and S03E03 everywhere else.

This ep was moving along at warp speed by show standards, spoiler tagged just in case.

Spoiler

Going to subscribe to Net Flicks just for this. Joel Kinnaman is seriously hot. Oh and I really enjoyed the other two seasons

You have 3 new episodes to enjoy with one being 85 minutes long. I have yet to watch episode 3 I'm excited the last two episodes were pretty good.

Can't find an "illegal download pace" thread so ...

- is the sound quality of dialogue OK on the proper version? We really struggled to understand half of what was said at the start of ep.1 - even with subtitles on

I watched on AMC, the US channel. I didn't notice any sound problems. Maybe there was a problem when somebody up-loaded that first episode to the net.
