Hi guys! I'm back from Denmark, and have been catching up on the episodes over the last two days. It's a good series, I think.

Who do you guys think is going to win this one? I have a few ideas... I initially really thought Natalie was strong, but she has gone downhill a bit. Still, I'm very glad that she didn't get fired on the latest task, maybe she's headed for a redemption arc.

I'm probably alone on this, but I actually think Francesca has a good chance. She really messed up the figures in Week 2, but that's really the only thing we've seen her do wrong. Other than that, she's been fairly consistent. I think she may be a bit of a dark horse.

Leah comes across as very good, but I think that her edit is a little too positive - more the likes of Kate/Helen. I think she seems more like a runner-up than a winner, the winners don't usually stand out as being really good right from the off (although a few have). They are usually not so noticeable early on, unless you're consciously looking out for them and then you see that they're doing well.

Rebecca seems very good, but possibly too much of a high-flyer already. Still, I think she has a good chance.

I think Jordan has done well, apart from on the latest task when he was criticised by Karren. He was very much praised for his PM win in Week 3.

I think that a woman will win this series. Even though the girls lost the first three tasks, I think that there are more women who stand out as strong candidates individually than there are men. Also, there hasn't been a female winner on the main show since the format was changed.

EDIT: Sorry, I've just seen that there is another one of these. I hadn't seen it so far, I haven't been keeping up with the forums. I'll copy and paste this onto there.

I do agree with you that a woman will win as they early editing suggested the women were all going to get wiped out. However the numbers have evened up a bit now.

I am going to go for a shock Luisa win

The final five will be Francesca, Jordan, Leah, Luisa and Neil.
The final two will be Francesca and Neil.

That's my prediction, anyway. I also think Alex will end up in sixth place. That leaves Jason, Kurt, Myles, Natalie and Rebecca vulnerable over the next few weeks.

I'm going to predict Jason will be fired tonight.

I'd agree on your final 5, although could be Alex over Neil in the end.

Final 2 - I think Jordan and either Francesca or Luisa.

Winner - Jordan.

Who do you think will be fired in Week 11 (assuming the interviews are in the last week like the last couple of years)? Jordan, Leah or Luisa?

Would Week 11 be fifth place? If so, I'd say Luisa right now. She seems to have been given the edit the likes of Joanna and Debra were given. I know both went a tad further than fifth place, but they had a better story arc. Both of them provided us with entertainment whilst being portrayed as capable business people. Luisa's currently only used for our entertainment. Also, the way her Project Manager win was discredited doesn't bode well for her. If Luisa's story arc develops within the next couple of episodes, she may steal a place in the final off Jordan or Leah, but so far her main role on the show is to be shown taking sly digs at the other candidates.
