The one that had you at the edge of your seat through out.
The one that you didn't know who was going to win.
That had the best Atmosphere in the crowd and interviews with the host.

For me I would say BB6, BB8 & BB13. The reason is because the winner was not clear cut, there were slight margins but different polls said different people.

Eugene was expected to win Big Brother 6, not Anthony. Samanda was expected to win BB8 instead of Brian and it was pretty close in the last week between Luke A and Adam in BB13 (Despite some people mainting Deana was god in BB Housemate form).

I do not necessarily agree with all of those winners, but I liked that it wasn't expected.

BB3, hands down. The four biggest characters of the series that year in the final, and it actually felt like an event. Since BB9 the finals have always felt rushed and anti-climatic.

I always thought it would be one of Kate or Alex who'd win it though, so when it came to uncertainty, BB6 or BB9 were the ones where I didn't know who'd win. Every other final has been won by one of two housemates who I'd predicted would win it, but I just couldn't call either series.

once eugene had been given the chance to take 50k of the prize fund 2 days before the final he was never going to win

BB3 for me too - the right people made the final - and it was by no means clear who was going to win. It was a brilliant series right to the end.

I agree that BB11 could have been excellent too, if it hadn't been for that ill-judged quad eviction taking 3 of the biggest characters out and leaving us with such a predictable result.

BB3 for sure.

BB5 for me. The result may have seemed obvious, but then it had that competitive edge when it was suddenly Lipgloss Bitch vs Jungle Cat (the rivalry that had dominated the series) down to the last second. I couldn't stand Jason though and I was elated when Nadia won. Her emotion in coming out of the house and during her interview was very powerful.

I think it terms of competition the BB3 final had 4 strong characters and no-one really knew what order they would come in.

True. That did a huge knock on his chances but he did not know he was halfing the prize fund.

BB3 certainly was the most gripping taught Alex could have nicked it sadly he didn't . But I was happy with the last 4 well deserved all of them been there.

BB4 was pretty Gripping for me as Ray, a local Dublin lad was in the running to win.He didn't but it was great seen him finish second. The Irish used to do so well in BBUK.

BB3- The four strongest contestants in the series battling it out in a tour de force.
BB9- Incredibly close between all five of the finalists with any one of them being a realistic winner, plus something of an upset in Rachel overcoming Mikey.
BB12- Aside from Louise nobody could call it between Aaron, Alex and Jay, yes Aaron winning in a landslide was obvious in retrospect but a lot of us did expect an Anti Aaron vote to come to fruition.
CBB6- NOBODY called Verne going out fourth, and from that point on it was turned into anyone's game, and Ulrika's win was incredibly out of the blue.

BB3 - probably the only final where I had no idea who would win out of the final 4. BB5 is also one of my favourites though, I have never been so emotionally involved in a final before. When Nadia won I was ecstatic.

I'd say BB1 just cos it was the first one and so exciting and I didn't know who'd win.

BB9 cos I was hoping Rex would win, then Rachel as I SO wanted a BBlocker to win

BB12 because despite Aaron being so obviously massively popular the crowd noise threw me and I genuinely thought Jay or Alex could nick it. BB12 was where I was happiest with the winner and most emotionally invested.

BB did tell him that the 50 grand was half of the prize money but what he didn't know (but BB told the other HMs) was that if he didn't take the 50 grand the prize money would be doubled to 200,000

BB3.
I thought Alex had it in the bag even though I wanted Kate to win.

BB9: gripping tension and an unexpected victory.

The BB9 final was pretty amazing:
- Rex's shocking early eviction
- Sara outlasting her two biggest detractors
- the token sob story housemate losing
- Rachel crushing Luke's dreams and becoming the best winner ever

BB3's the only other unpredictable one but I hated Jonny so much that watching him beat two classic housemates made it much less fun (and I still knew Kate was going to win, even if the other 3 spots were up for grabs).

Every other final has been pretty boring for me - it's been either an easy win (Brian, Sophie Josie, Aaron), an unpredictable victory by someone I strongly disliked (Craig, LukeA) or both (Pete).

7and 13. 7 for Aisleyne's gobsmacked disbelief when Nikki's name was called (and she wasn't the only one); 13 because I was just so surprised and pleased.

The BB12 final was beyond awful. There was no one left I really cared about, but Aaron's exit was one of the most depressing tv moments I have ever seen in a light entertainment programme. I don't honestly see how a single person in the world could have enjoyed it: either people felt that the wrong person had won, or they saw the person they did want to win coming out to what sounded like a herd of cattle walking into a slaughterhouse.

It's weird really, I was so pleased he won and then yes it was spoilt by the crowd, I can't see how anyone would enjoy seeing him look petrified. But then seeing BOTS after when he was reunited with Faye and seeing the winners show where he seemed to get back on form a bit, it's kind of dulled the booing bit and I look back on it just happy that he won.

BB7, as it had looked right up to the announcement of Nikki coming fifth that the producers gerrymandering might have given her the win. It was also a really good final line up even if the wrong person won.

Oh yes sorry thats was it.

Hard to believe this was 8 years ago. Ratings may have fallen but BB does stand the test of time

I remember during his winners interview with Davina that Anfernee (who bless him was never the sharpest tool in the box) seemed to have gotten hold of the idea that Eugene had been told while in the DR about the prize money doubling if he didn't take the 50 grand

As an overall concept I would say it stand the test of time but individual series sometimes let the side down

I remember being really into BB10s final - I don't think the winner was especially obvious. I remember being furious that David beat Rodrigo. I was delighted Sophie won.

Who was the token sob story housemate who lost? Surely you don't mean Mikey? He wasn't much of a sobber at all - more of a spiky hedgehog.
