I would prefer fewer tasks, and they're given longer to plan them. They could do one task a week, so they are given 5 days to do the task and one day in the boardroom, plus one day off. It would make more sense.

This is how bad they are. There will be some stalls set up over lunch for internal recruitment. Apparently they are all trying to make the largest posters they can to advertise their teams. One manager was boasting about having one that was over 6 metres wide...

Yours is the best idea, but have an idea that Corporates wouldn't want to be seen as looking silly, unless they judge the karaoake, then they could spend hours sipping their drinks.
