Tbh, she speaks her mind comes out with no nonsense ideas which are usually correct and is a quicker thinker.
She's not sweet but would make a good business partner or Apprentice.. |

At least she has a bit of fire, none of them are friendly with each other, its a competition, she has shown clearly she doesn't treat customers in that manner

She was the only decent one in the boardroom tonight and after Leah being terrible tonight she is clearly the best female there right now.

She is a horrible girl. She wants to get by on flirting with men. There are photos of her with her hand down her knickers, I'm not sure that's BP material for LS
I can only think she is there to cause trouble and make TV |

What was all that she works better wih men rather than women....it's because of the way I look rubbish? What a load of sexist bollocks. Why didn't Lord Al or at least Karren pick her up on it?

Actually, I thought it was her more agreeing with him tonight. The power of c**ks then. Which works out as he both has one, and is one.
I also have the feeling that they talked about it before, maybe they agreed on teaming against Francesca.Quote:

I almost fell of my chair laughing when she pulled a Samantha Brick.
Like every series, they always keep one in for the ratings. Luisa's it. |

Like every series, they always keep one in for the ratings. Luisa's it. But for a guy, what keeps them interesting in this show, it appears, if they lack 'capabilities' as a business partner, is that they have some kind of a vulnerable vibe to him, like Jason. Of course, I am talking not of a potential winner of the show, just want we either love or love to hate and therefore wish they last for as long as possible in the show. |

I don't think she's that nice, but credit to her, I think she's a good businesswoman. If they had won, it would mainly have been down to her. Being brought to the boardroom was completely unjustified. I'm not sure about whether it's a good idea to get by using flirtation tactics, but if it actually works for her and she's clever under it, then what's the issue?

Yeah, Francesca wanted chocolate making, and she went for cupcake making because it was cheaper and she knows the business. That actually saved them money and it's the same concept. But the piping nozzles they used were awful. I also run a custom bakery business (I also make cupcakes but I am specialised in cookies), and to make something that you can be proud of, you need at least a Wilton M1. I understand that it's pointless to get so many of those just to use them once... but if you are not gonna provide a good result, then maybe it's not a good idea in the first place...

The show still has her lodged in the villain role, so she's almost certainly making it far but likely not to the winning post. Plus I really don't think she's Lord Sugar's type.
After all her negative headlines recently he would be pretty embarrassed to have her as the winner. If she was then he's probably changed it. lol |

I just find Luisa extremely negative, argumentative, arrogant, sneering, up herself, very quick to lay the blame elsewhere, definitely not a person I would trust or want to do business with.

Yep, she is horrid. Sly, devious, bitchy, manipulative. The type of girl I hate.
"I prefer working with guys" Yeah, I bet you do |

I don't really like her, but she was unfairly blamed today. No way should she have been in the boardroom.

She was bought back to the boardroom 3 or 4 times now by different PMs, clearly people have a problem with her working in a team. She always tries to get the project manager fired because they are the easiest target rather than the failing of the task. She has a lot of uncontrollable emotion including swearing in the boardroom that would not be tollerated in the usuall office environment, and uses this harmful aggression to stop others from showing their positives. Hense why we saw a good candidate like rebecca leave the boardroom. It's just a real shame we didn't see any of that emotion in the task. LS may like her for her firey nature in the boardroom but I don't think it will take long for him to see there is nothing behind that now. From what Rebecca suggested on the bb2 program it looks like she goes out with a bang! When she's project manager I think everyone will then see what her real value is. |

A good businesswoman should accept that there are times to be coporate, Louisa is just like a child who moans about anything that she doesn't understand.

To be fair though, I don't think she's that bad. |
