It's a one day task, not a real, on-going bakery business, they don't have time to go looking for industry standard piping tips. The others had no good ideas so she usefully made a suggestion, one which far bettered both of Rebecca's, one of which arguably lost them the task. If she hadn't made the (by the standards of those given, good) suggestion, you'd be arguing she didn't contribute, she's damned if she does, she's damned if she doesn't on here. Leah didn't have to take her up on it, she did because it was the best idea they had, it made vague sense, it filled time and was cost effective, and it probably saved her (imo, very lucky) neck, it was the only part of the day that wasn't a complete shambles.
