I'm not so keen after the last 2 weeks. And that awful pink lipstick needs to go!

I think she is the strongest of the girls, and is in front of quite a few of the males.

A lot of the faults she identified in Zee last week I saw in Leah herself tonight.

She wouldn't listen, thought she knew it all, was bossy, and made poor decisions.

Neil & Myles saved her skin.

And those lips are awful.

She has gone from hero to zero.

I think she will be gone in the next week or two.

Looks like the boys ganged up on her again this week. I'm surprised she didn't accuse them of being sexist too.

Princess leah is getting worse. The my way or the highway attitude is causing problems.

I wonder if her good looks have fed her ego.

She was awful tonight. I do like she takes no nonsense from anyone though. I liked her telling Alex (Welsh guy with wired eyebrows) off when he was a **** to her.

She wont win, Sugar will be too scare she will eat him alive.

And how will she do that? By rolling her eyes at him?

Let's be honest, the majority of them are absolutely useless!

Alex sits in the car screaming and shouting, calling everyone useless. Jason, Kurt, Myles and Natalie have shown us nothing at all and Francesca's messed up big time twice now.

I thought Luisa had potential to have a decent story arc, but tonight confirmed they're simply building her up so they can knock her down at the interview stage.

Leah's definitely one of the better candidates compared to the above, but I think Neil's got this series wrapped up. They've built him up after a bad start, and brushed over his mistake last week in Dubai. I'll be very shocked if he doesn't win, although there's a slight chance Jordan could steal it off him since he's about the only candidate who hasn't been shown in a really negative light so far.

To be honest, Leah's my favourite. I understand people are disappointed due to such a good start, but she's no worse than Luisa or Neil when it comes to mouthing off. In fact, they're ten times worse. The problem is, the unlikeable candidates are the only candidates who are showing any kind of potential! Half way through and half of the candidates are still going unnoticed! Ridiculous editing!

Neil (and maybe to a lesser extent Alex) will skin her alive had they lost the task and if she brings them in the boardroom. Neil was quite quick (and together with Alex?) to point out they weren't happy with her as the project manager.

She was right, the back to school theme was tacky and she was also right to be against the sumo suits, for being a bit low brow for top bank exec's Which turn out to be Lord Sugar's opinion to, but she still ended up carrying the can for the sumo thing in the boardroom even though it was the boys idea . I don't know why she didn't say it wasn't her idea

Hi Sid,
At first tonight I would have agreed with you. But she seemed to quash the school idea because she thought it was not suitable and acted on her instinct - she was very driven by her instinct because of what happened last week.

She listened to what the client wanted and was not afraid to tailor the task.

I thought she was quite brave!

Well, she has always reminded me a bit of Maria Doran... if someone had pointed that out, she'd probably say, 'Yeah, it's tacky... but in a good way!'

Leah's business porposition involved plastic surgery which is a very niche area and requires specific knowledge - she's not competing with the Neils etc

She is a medical doctor, though - as far as specific knowledge goes, that's kind of it...

I agree. she has good instincts.

She was probably a bit shaken after being in boardroom last week and having not acted on her instincts in Dubai. Quite brave to tailor things as well to client.

We meet some amazing doctors and Dr Leah Totten has completed foundation and master classes in aesthetic medicine. It was a pleasure to meet Leah who travelled from Ireland to attend the botox courses and dermal fillers training in Harley Street, London to receive the best cosmetic procedure and business training available.

Conisdering msot business proposals are pretty uninspiring, I think Leah's seems very credible.

Couldn't agree more with the title!

I was really impressed with her on the first week, she looked like a character who would be able to lead a team and I was very excited about when she would be team leader and get everyone on side and well organised to win.

But I took a real dislike to her last week. What was she thinking even attempting to be team leader against Zee, someone who has lived in Dubai, that was clearly his opportunity (even though he messed it up). After failing to become the PM she took everything so personally against him, she clearly didnt want the team to win and showed her true colours.

This week when she is PM, she has no real decision powers and debates everything for too long, then takes a vote but ignores the results. Throughout the first day she created a huge divide between her team and the sub team, and it was Neil (who I don't like because he is arrogant) who sat everyone down and sorted the bickering out. She had no back up plan for the rain, and took one hell of a gamble with Neil doing the motivational speech at the end. It was clear that the professional speaker was much better, but even so it was Neil and Miles who truely saved the day here.

She's not the worst candidate, thanks to Luisa, but she's really got to sort things out quickly to go much further in the process.

Exactly - people are saying it's a niche area which requires specials skills etc... she kind of has those already... she's a medical doctor, who specialises in plastic surgery. There's your credentials, right there

What i find the most funny about posters this week is that, last week a lot of people posted "If Leah was enthusiastic about her team, and listened to the project manager instead of going against him all the time, then they would of won. She was against Zee from the start" and now, those same posters, are saying "She couldn't control the group, they weren't listening to her because she cant control them" or something to that extent. I mean....really? From the start the boys did seem to be 'against' Leah. If they had gone for the school thing, they wouldn't of won i don't think, so i think Leah made the right call.

I actually think everyone so far has had a bad edit, but the two that have come across the best - IMO - are Leah and Alex.

All the tacky ideas for the theme were Neil's ,Leah save her team from going really down market by standing up to Neil . Neil's only high point in this task was his speech, all his other ideas would have led to his theme being a mirror image of Rebecca's (cr-p in other words) . Only Leah pick up on the fact that the activity's they put on had to teach the exec's something and it wasn't just to be a fun day out
