There's a thread asking if the best candidate has been fired, you should have asked your question there as some others on there (me too) who thought it was the wrong choice too.

Well, I think LS doesn't like her business idea (moisannite business).

Sir Alan rightly noticed she is a cold, calculating homicidal maniac.

Seriously she has a problem connecting with people. She would turn any business meeting into a lead balloon.

And she has a awful, droning, grating voice.

She looks very much like Hillary DeVey who is in direct competition with Sugar Monster with The Intern which is very much like The Apprentice. I reckon it was a bit of a backhand slap at Hillary.

I definitely think Rebecca should have stayed. Hell Sugar Monster should have fired Natalie and Kurt instead for being practically non existent even though they were on the winning team!

She pushed for the wine thing when wine has nothing to do with school and she pushed for the speaker which cost the team 600 pounds. If they did not go with that they would have won. Plus she did nothing from the start.

Viewer ratings imo. She didn't deserve to get fired but probably was the most boring of the three.

Yeah because Francesca is a rating hit

I expect Sugar has made up his mind which business ideas interest him and which don't.

I am sometimes wonder if the producer gives a nod who would be an acceptable firing before the boardroom.

He would have been clearly told Luisa was a no

Yes I know because I started it also. This is a very specific question. I just want to get others' perspectives on the reason(s) she was fired.

I don't know, I had her pegged to win it.

I doubt the client would have paid £3800 for half an hour of cupcake decorating.

...Because her business idea didn't work.... or are we pretending that doesn't feature in Lord Sugar's decisions?

fired for having ideas? and yes, doing nothing apart from being the top seller on the first the two or three tasks...

I reckon it must be down to her business plan, potentially coupled with her not being considered as 'tv gold' to warrant more airtime.

Much was made of the cost of the motivational speaker, yet the client appeared to have viewed that very positively. The client may have asked for an even greater discount without that.

I think that that comment in bold is totally unfair.

The reason can't be what Sir Alan said in the clip on "you're fired" -- failed to demonstrate the judgement needed to go into a business with me -- because it would apply just as well to the other two.

Now way should she have gone.

Reword as 'I cannot find a way to readily monetise her business plan'

Okay she probably doesn't murder people - have you never heard the term tongue in cheek.

But personally for me she makes my flesh crawl. I am not joking here. There is something dead about her.
Purple.

I'm not a fan of hers, but I don't think she was the worst candidate this week.

Well okay, but what about her actual performance on the tasks? I think she's done quite well.

She has done nothing to impress me. As has been expressed in the boardroom she has been a little bit quiet and anonymous. I think her firing from Lord Sugar's gut could be seen as a mixture between her business plan and her manner or one or the other.

I have seen nothing from her to make me want to invest £250,000 in her. Although to be fair I haven't seen in that in most, if not all of the candidates.

She was one of my faves, but I don't think her soft-spoken personality was very appealing to Lord Sugar.

Though it was odd how he never seemed to even consider firing Francesca, she must have a beast of a business plan.
