Hi there I hope somebody can help me please. I have tried to watch any recording back and everything I have it comes up with the message 'file format not supported' I have tried disc clean up and disc format and even factory reset which deleted all the recordings.

Some one please help the kids are driving me mad now.

Please bare in mind I am not very knowledgable with these things

Were these ITV recordings made last Tuesday ?
