Are these the same banks that lost the country Billions while giving their managers Million pound bonuses, and we all will be suffering for years to come as a result .
And they still haven't learned or don't care. Just recently Bank of Scotland which is mainly owned by us the taxpayers lost over £5 Billion and still decides to give its managers bonuses running into Millions.

NOT the same. It wasn't retail banks that were at fault, it was the merchant banking arms of those organisations. Similarly, the whole RBS bonus shambles was about merchant banker bonuses. Indeed, retail banking operations have been pared to the bone in recent years, partly due to technology but they are also paying the price for the excesses of their investment banking bretheren.
In last night's task they clearly stated they were dealing with Barclays RETAIL banking. No fat cats there.
