I thought that was the worst bit of the whole show, his Doctor's surgery thing.
I did like some of his quips throughout the rest of the show though. He's very odd looking, with the neck of a 50 year old. Even Sara Pascoe grew on me a bit. https://youtu.be/C9ts4b0APMs |

BIB - He looks completely different to how he did just a few years ago. He lost a shed load of weight after a health scare and spoke about it in his act for a while. Here's how he looked before on Russell Howard's Good News...

I didn't make the connection between him, and Gamble and Peacock, used to really like it when they did the links on the Radio 4Extra station.

I though he was good, especially for a first timer. All round a good show with everyone being involved. Hugh Dennis back with his don't turn your back on the Queen gag. How many times now? What's happened to Parsons though? |

Yes, he's now over in America directing episodes of the HBO show Veep, based on the BBC's The Thick Of It.
MTW is still brilliant, now on Series 14 and 10 years old. Would like to see Jo Caulfield back, also Adam Hills, Micky Flanagan and Lucy Porter. Hugh Dennis' beard is scary though. ![]() Thread for this series. http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showt...2081121&page=4 Ed Gamble, pretty sure he's in a partnership and has done the links on Radio 4's Comedy Club, they were awful in that, when listening to recordings, massive rush to press FWD when I heard them doing the links. Sarah Pascoe seems to be getting better, maybe she's more relaxed now she's been on a couple of times, haven't seen Holly Walsh for a while. Her Radio 4 series has finished. |

Just watched the 3rd episode, I thought the Greek dancing gag went on for too long (was OK the first time) then when Andy Parsons used it in SWLTS it was actually great

At least Hugh Dennis has given up on the Jimmy Savile impressions which really got on my nerves.

The Christmas special is on Wednesday, 10pm on BBC Two. I wonder if we'll get another instance of 'Dara looks like...' as I always really enjoy those segments.
I've enjoyed this year's series - Milton is still my favourite panellist. |
