I have a Motorola V600 which is losing it's memory. I have problems using it as I only appear to have 266KB (total) - accessing WAP is only possible for a couple of pages. I know that it used to have more memory, but gradually it disappeared. I have reset the cache etc and even done a master reset all to no avail.

Orange have said I can send it to them for investigation however I am unable to get a loan phone for the time being and would like to sort it out without sending it away if possible.

Gladys - forgive the obvious, but have you got loads of photos, ringtones & whatnot saved on your phone? All eats into the available memory...

No - no ringtones, no photos, 14 messages (simple text ones).
