Losing your phone
If I were to lose my phone (o2 PAYG), what info do you need to give o2? It says on the website you need your answer to your security question, but what if you have forgotton it? I can't find it in my personal info in my o2. Also, whereabouts in your personal info do you find the two numbers you call or text a lot?
I haven't lost my phone, I'm just trying to find out what to do if I ever do lose it. |
