Very cross! I love Attraction they are very talented but they don't even live here! If people live in this country I don't care where they were born - they participate in our culture, so can participate in our competitions. Don't come here from abroad and steal our prizes and take them home!

But they don't represent Britain mate. They aren't British. The BNP joke is tired.

Not too much- just old fashioned and small minded.

It's not called "The British Have Talent".

What makes me proud to be British is that we can vote for people from all over the world to win our shows.

What makes me ashamed to be British is that we have people sitting behind their keyboard pouring scorn on them purely because they're NOT British.

Me too. Although I will admit to not being so keen on tonight's performance, it was clever nonetheless.

Glad they won.

Come on, rules are rules. They were allowed to enter and they won. End of story.

Happy that the best act won.

Britain has always been an open-minded country and this proves it.

Why do you defend the BNP. Mate they dont even like us here in Northern Ireland. Nick Griffin hates this place so stop defending him.

Look, they've entered fair and square and are clearly talented. If they are allowed to enter, they should be allowed to win.

Tbh it wouldn't surprise me if Cameron didn't give Simon a big back hander for taking them to the final..Big up Jack make him seem like the favourite. Choreograph a patriotic routine.

Great for EU foreign policy especially at the mo.

Did you not understand their act tonight?

1) it was the commemoration of d-day this week when we sent our soldiers/sailors and the little boats to France to liberate europe . They were saying thank you

2) It was the anniversary of the Queens coronation.

3) The show is for the ROYAL variety performance, totally in keeping. They were also criticised last week for being obsessed with death.

4) They were saying how wonderful Britain is!!

we can't even win our own show lol
Forget Eurovision.

But I think it's fine, and I'm happy for Attraction. It just kind of funny to me

I don't like the BNP. I just don't like anyone trying to make people who are critical of them seem racist which isn't true.

What is the criticism of them in this thread rooted in, though?

This thread was started PURELY because they weren't British.

Maybe not racism but at the very best it's xenophobic.

That's what I thought. British people paid to vote this the top act, winning 250K, over a disabled 'local' boy because they saw it as the best act. It shows how fair-minded the majority here are.
