All this because a group from Hungary won an entertainment show on ITV.

That seems to be the main point and if correct then people on either side of the debate are equally wrong.

The show isn't open to anybody to fly in, appear and then go home.

About 30 nationalities can do that, the other 180 cannot.

So stricly speaking nobody is happy with the current rules and either want it changed and open to all or none.

The irony is, they came to this country and tried to make out it is a great country, with a homage to Britain in their act

Britain is going down the toilet, theres nothing great about this country

Don't give a monkeys where Attraction come from. I want BGT to be won by an act that is new, innovative and takes my breath away. Job done Attraction in every performance you have given. They met the entrance criteria for BGT so are worthy winners IMO. If you don't like the fact that they are not a UK based act then blame the shows entrance criteria and not them.

Have to say that old Queenie has lucked out tonight because I can actually see her genuinely enjoying their performance.

I don't know why anyone would take it that seriously, who cares really? It's quite nice that we're not turning talent away because we're too uptight about who can enter. Stuff being ashamed, how about being proud that we're not discriminating instead? I liked their last performance a lot better than this one, but it was still the most fitting act for the next Royal Variety.

Be fair to the OP they said "lived" not "born" - and I would likewise be the first to jump on that crap

God am I being too nice? Anyway I see where you are coming from but that is not what the OP said. As far as I can tell immigrants go for it just as long as you live here (GB). The bigger question is should those from the Republic be allowed to compete or indeed NI? Well it is Britain's Got Talent (not UK and associated former territories). I am backing away as we speak but (intellectually and pedantry)?
