Although not as charismatic as Kemsley, and not as memorable as Claude, I think Bordan Tkachuk was my favourite, especially when he exposed Lee mcQueen's diploma lie.

Oh I cannot stand Paul after the awful awful way he treated Lucinda in Series 4. He saw her CV, formed an opinion of her and practically ignored anything she had to say. The way he treated her in that interview was appalling worse than I've seen any other candidate be treated.

Karren was my favourite and I still think she was the best - she was the only one to fault Kate Walsh in her interview and I thought she was highly intelligent and insightful with her interviews.

I really liked Karren as an interviewer, and now I like her as an advisor. I think she's marvellous! And I agree about Kate Walsh as well.

My favourite current interviewer is Claude. Not for the reasons that people will think straight away - because he's the most entertaining - but because he is tough, takes no nonsense, is blunt but also fair. I didn't really form this opinion until last year, as I thought he was great to watch but not necessarily so special in real life. Last year, he really proved himself to me by being really positive about Ricky's business plan. I think that showed that he can be fair, he just doesn't stand nonsense from anyone. I imagine that if he liked what you were doing, he'd be really supportive and a fantastic asset, but at the same time wouldn't be afraid to speak his mind.

I think Matthew Riley comes across as pretty cool as well. I haven't really formed an opinion on Mike Soutar yet.
