OK fair play I couldnt write songs at her age (cant now) and I guess with any form of poetry at that age its bound to have influences - but I just realised what her "new" song reminded me of - its exactly the same as this one! The chorus is the same but with different words

I like her, but I think the songs were much better than her voice. She could still easily have a hit with The One though I think.

Its a catchy song I know there are limited possible chords I just found the song very similar to another song.
Also the chords/tune on the chorus sounded the same as the "For China, for China" part of Tim Minchin's 3 Minute Song
Seeing the Glee choir singing it reminded me of the Father Ted Eurovision episode for some reason
