I remember in an earlier VT clip when Sinitta was around, David saying to her... what are you doing here... why are you even here.... all very jokey of course.... but whole in earnest me thinks.

Then last night when Simon attempted to give her a bit of air time and get her up for the vote after Steve's act... David was having none of it... he muscled in immediately and made it all about himself. I got the impression just for that moment that Simon was irked with him for doing it. Even during Steve's act when the Sinitta puppet appeared, Simon and the girls reacted immediately, but if you watch Walliams he just sat there, no laughter, no throwing the head back and clapping. Even the presence of her puppet seemed to piss him off.

Sinitta is a talentless non entity who had success with a few novelty records in the late 80's and should have long since vanished off the face of the earth. The way she clings to Simon like a limpet years after they spilt up is pathetic and embarrassing, but the fact that he hasn't told her where to go leads me to believe that she has some serious "dirt" on him and he's just keeping her sweet, like he does with all his exes.

She knows where the bodies are buried

Is there even a such thing in existence called a "Sinitta fan"?

I loved it. When Simon first invited her up to give her opinion I thought 'ohh god she 's going to milk this'. Then wham, completely gazumped by David, who didn't let her get a word in then shooed her off. Brilliant. She looked very angry and after Simon was turned towards her in the audience, looked like he was apologising to her. In the sun's reporting about the egg tossing, it mentions Simon being so shaken up that he was seen having a cig at the side and that David had to go and comfort Sinitta. What for? She wasn't anywhere near when the eggs were chucked. Probably been told to apologise to her, as mentioned before, she knows a thing or two.

Rock profiles
Frankie howerd drama
Come fly with me

It's his attempt at acting like a pitiful pillock.

In his case he doesn't need to act like one - he is one.

Cowell did look more than a little unhappy at the unwanted intervention - pity he didn't tell him to f*** off on live TV. Now, that would be good!

David does have a need to be the center of attention, he muscled in on that bit before it even happened. lol

He's usually good at hiding it behind a jokey exterior, although appearing on Big Fat Quiz of the Year 2006 and getting overshadowed by Russell Brand and Noel Fielding, the line between joking and serious became rather blurred. He made a bit of a show of himself.

Sinitta is a pre-op transsexual.

'She' wraps 'her' penis tightly around 'her' waist.

Maybe Cowell will try and set her up with Jack seeing as they're about the same age

Some success in the past, but at the present time less so.

I can understand that he has to use every trick in the book to stay in the public eye, that's a given in his profession, but he perhaps tries too hard and succeeds in being more irritating than entertaining.

It would be sad to think that his career is waning a little, but, at the moment, it does seem to be doing just that.

It is just a tad too much now, Walliams using every excuse to perv on Simon, pretend or not, it is a family show about talented performers on stage and not about the judges sex lives. There were a couple of times I winced thinking about the kids watching and as Walliams is a married man, I suppose his wife thinks it is hilarious but all in all, it isnt necessary.

I do agree it isn't appropriate to keep making these jokes that are too rude for a family show.

David's career is actually very much on the up at the moment and he seems to be working non-stop. He has had great success as a best-selling children's author. One of his books was filmed for the BBC, Mr Stink, for which he was nominated for a BAFTA - they have commissioned a second book for this Christmas. He has just written and filmed a new series for BBC. Then comes other TV and theatre work.
I think he probably does BGT because he enjoys it, not because it is all he has.

Walliams ,imo was quite rude to sinitta, I think we saw Simon turn to her to apologise, what's his problem with her , Simon gets her to scramble on stage to say a word and Walliams has to get involved, why can't he just butt out when the camera focus is not on him?!

Yes, I've seen him on other quiz shows where if somebody is being funny he appears to feel that he has to be seen to be a part of the action and overshadow them. It's not the first time he gets out of his seat and runs about on set trying to steal the spotlight and hog the camera.
It's as though he has to be seen to be funnier than everyone else present and is compelled to cramp their style.
