Young kids split the vote - discuss

When you've got that many young children competing in the final, it's a lot less likely any of them will win. They split the vote of viewers who like that cute factor, leaving more votes for variety acts like Attraction. Though obviously Pudsey had a 'cute factor' too.

Its funny but for me Jordan was the worst singer last night.

Adding up the different kids acts (minus Jack) I can see they still only add up to less than 11%, so I guess my theory is completely wrong!

The hype that Attraction got probably meant they were going to win.
The performance by Steve and Arthur took away some of the votes from everyone else. As they nearly got top 3 ?
Was it the case that people finally decided not to vote for dancers or singers as much, after the ventriloquist act.
Attraction didn't completely run away with it either ?

I wanted Steven to win too. His act was the only one I enjoyed the whole way through. Based on previous performances Attraction should definitely have won but their final performance last night wasn't a patch on their previous.

I agree, maybe the youngsters should have their own BGT? None of them were that good and they get inflated ideas from the judges about how good they are. Running to hide now.
