Can't believe people are saying gravy - Gravy goes with everything!!

Chocolate and chicken.
Or chocolate and any kind of meat for that matter.

I always put a bit of dark chocolate in my beef chillis!

Bacon and Ice cream. I have seen this done in the States though.

Don't tell Mexicans that chocolate doesn't go with meat.

There are lots of things in this thread that do go together if you tweak the wording or style but it's just a bit of fun so I won't go into it

When i was a kid i hated butter and i hated ginger snap biscuits, whenever i felt sick and was stuggling to actually be sick i used to think of ginger snaps covered in butter and boy did that do the trick.
Also i used to know someone who made peas and baked beans toasties, to me that just seemed so wrong.

This is an unusual one for this thread, but for me it has to be:

eggs and tomatoes.

I love tomatoes and eat them nearly every day, and I like eggs, but just the thought of eating them together makes me feel ill! When I ever have a full English, the tomatoes have to be on a separate plate, so that they don't contaminate each other

In the spirit of the thread, I would say marmite and jam!
