Just about anything by Yes. The Yes Album or Fragile are probably the most accessible albums, but for thoroughly over-the-top, wonderfully bonkers prog-rock, The Gates Of Delirium off Relayer tops the lot. You won't get get much verse, chorus, verse, chorus on Tales Of Topographic Oceans, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you have a coma that you're waiting to slip into.

There's been thousands of such tunes without a "middle eight/bridge" through the ages, some more memorable than others. No point in listing them all.
i don't knownif it counts but my personal favourite taylor swift song "all too well" has a different structure in that the chorus of the song is different each time. it has the same melody and rhythm but the lyrics change so it's essentially another chorus.

Hell, an awful lot of modern music is just chorus chorus chorus - rap break - chorus chorus.

Most New order songs didnt bother with verse chorus formats though Cll Dodge mentioned this further up thread.
