Food company denials about recipe changes
Why do food companies keep saying they have not changed their recipes when we - the customers who buy and eat their products - tell them that they HAVE ??
Take Seabrooks Crisps for instance. People on their website and their Facebook page are telling them that their crisps are now bland and completely tasteless, but Seabrooks keep saying "Oh no, we have changed only the packaging" Why are they lying to their customers ?? ![]() They soon won't HAVE any customers |

No, they are not telling the truth.
Their Cheese and Onion crisps USED TO BE fantastic. A really strong flavour, Now they are tasteless and bland. Almost like Plain crisps. |
