BT Vision player seems down

I'm getting an error message btv251 when I try and load the BT Vision player on my YouView box. I even pulled the pug after checking all the cables were OK but it still no works. There's now a message on the BT help number and on the BT status number saying some areas maybe having problems when trying to load the BT Vision on demand service and they are working to fix it as soon as they can.
Yet the BT service status page on the BT site says therres no problems in my area.
Anyone else having problems with the BT Vision player on demand service.
