Prefer plain to smoked, like it crispy between two slices of white bread, no sauce.

Grilled until quite crispy and then in a wholemeal sandwich with olive oil spread and ketchup. Oh, and enough rashers to make a decent sandwich! Like 4 or 6.

I know. Can't stand it when all you can taste is bread. If I've only got 2 left, then I'll stick 'em with my breakfast.

6-8 back rashers fried between two slabs of soda topped with a couple of fried eggs and grated mature cheddar.

I don't like crispy bacon. I liked it cooked "floppy" (as I call it !). Four rashers, white bread, butter on one slice. Tomato ketchup. Hot bacon, cold butter straight from the fridge. That way the butter melts a bit and mingles with the ketchup and the bacon flavours. Lovely !
I'm starving now !!

2-3 back rashers is enough for me TBH (I think), if it was streaky I'd probably need 4 at least.
I like my bacon smoked, and not too well done. Prefer back rashers now

Streaky, well cooked and crispy, on top of a muffin piled high with scrambled egg.

Crispy and slightly burned at the edges - I do love a good hot crunchy bit of bacon

Dry cured, 4 rashers of back bacon cooked until crispy on white bread with real butter. I sometimes like the bread toasted.

Unsmoked middle bacon, fried or grilled just right, which means the rind is crispy but the meat is tender.

Crispy for a sandwich, not crispy on a fry up.
