I'm sorry but I don't believe this for a minute . I think the only reason the BBC chose Jason for the Apprentice was the comedy value and they know how to push some comedy buttons . Plus the toy falling on Nick, please .
The BBC know the Apprentice has to be entertaining and they see Jason as the comic figure.
Jason is the loveliest person ever to appear on the Apprentice.

Yes, that was a funny moment and I hoped that Dara O'Briain would pick up on it. But You're Fired seemed a bit rushed with two evictees to get through.

I think they presented Jason too much as a "character", and he only really showed himself at times of high stress, like during Abdication-gate. It would have been better to see more of the real him.
