The teams seem pretty imbalanced quality wise

Just how bad was that losing team, should have thrown in Leah to make it a triple

agree....the three of them, bimbos & himbo. Myles is very disappointing as well.

Yeah, it wasn't really fair. Neil, Luisa and Jordan are all stronger than anyone on Endeavour (though I don't think Jordan contributed much this time).

I wonder how they decide how to shuffle the teams.

Myles seems to be riding his luck, he messed up with the "Chinese Cats", messed up waiting for the flag, and seems to be hiding himself by being seen to always be doing something!

While the "Retro Caravans" weren't an easy sell the guy did say he'd sell at least 6 or so, so the team should of been able to sell at least one, and Leah proved it was possible. His sales technique was awful as was pointed out, one of the first questions you ask is "Are you interested in buying" and a good salesman should be able to answer that himself within a few minutes of talking to a customer.

I've suspected for years that they create a stronger and a weaker team at this stage. One team continues to lose, and LS progessively picks off the no-hopers. As numbers dwindle he is protected from having to select who to fire from his preferred candidates

Of course, eventually the weaker team pulls off a surprise win - by leaving one "duffer" (sorry Jason) on the strong team then he still has a get-out.

Quite likely.

By this stage, Lord Sugar must have a fair idea of who is any good, and really he is just looking to test his impression. Probably that is what did for Natalie tonight: Kurt was awful and lost the task; Natalie was fired simply for having failed to show any spark throughout the process.

Yeah but the same team, minus Neil got trounced last week, so its not really always an accurate indicator.

I do agree that both Natalie and Kurt were dead weight in my opinion.
