I think it must be quite difficult to work with Jason - he seems like a lovely person, but not the most competent businessman.

I think some of the others have been short with Jason at some point. Zee. Alex.

He seems OK. Not incompetent otherwise he would not have sold today.

Maybe he sees Jason as the dark-horse threat

He must have seen how the natural, effortless charm was working with the punters

Neil just doesn't listen to people he doesn't rate and ignores them. Remember how he shut down and treated Uzma when he project managed last?

Neil's good at what he does but managing and getting the best out of people isn't his strong point.

I think Jason's style fit extremely well with that niche crowd. However I feel Jason's style won't work well with the majority.

As for Neil. I haven't liked him since I saw his rude management style in which he speaks to people like a 5 year old. I also don't like his negotiation style which I think is more rude than business like.

But I worry he may win as nobody else seems to be doing anything good

They seem to be polar opposites, business-wise.

Yeah I find him arrogant and full of himself, in other words, unlikable..

I know he likes to take initiative but blowing his own trumpet all the time is annoying

I find him quite arrogant too. Yes, he's a good salesperson and is obviously very capable, but he's crossed the line between being very confident and just simply being cocky.

I hate to use this word, but I think it really applies to Jordon in the show: SMUGILY SMUG SMUG (said it in a Jasonseque way).

Now they are all aware that Lord Sugar called Jason back to the board-room for some personal air time praise I think they might be a bit less free with their disrespectful dismissal of him

( hopefully ... he is never rude or nasty to anyone himself, afterall )

Neil, feeling the Brady love again.

He's an arrogant bully, and he thinks Jason is weak prey.

Neil dragged Jason through the task tonight; Jason's a lovely person but he's one of the luckiest candidates ever to take part in the show. I think Neil was close to strangling Jason a couple of times tonight and, frankly, I couldn't blame him.

But at the same time, I think Neil quite likes Jason and his shortness went over Jason's head. Personally, I think they should be spin off staring just those two - 'The Odd Couple'.

I think Shug's singling out of Jason for praise might make Neil and the other boys show him a bit more respect. BeardieGlassesBoy and Alex have also marginalised him or dismissed him as useless. Jason shows a lot of charm and flashes of genius but this format demands more blandness and consistency. I think Shug fancies his business plan and he may win, but the formatting no longer fits the object of the programme, making it all much more of an entertainment exercise and creating a ';story' around the eventual winner.

When Lord Sugar has to praise someone for selling something after seven tasks it isn't exactly a sign of business acumen. I wouldn't blame the others for being a bit put out that someone who's been hiding for so long gets slapped on the back while those who have shown a more ability (not a lot, admittedly) have been grouped with the rest.

As a person, Jason seems really nice but when they've got targets to meet I can't blame the others for getting a bit edgy. In the great scheme of things I thought Neil could have been a lot worse tonight - indeed, I think he would have been worse in the first few weeks; he has mellowed a bit.

Neil is a prick, don't care if he's a business man, he is not the only one. He's been PM twice and in both tasks he completely changed his attitude, he is not that nasty to people when they are not his subordinates. If one of the candidates is weak or not it's not for him to say, even Lord Sugar said that.

Nasty?! Neil was hardly nasty to Jason - slightly frustrated, yes, but I can't blame him on that; Jason seems to have a short attention span which must be irritating when they're trying to complete a task.

I think Neil's going on something of a 'journey' in the edit; his attitude was much better as PM this week than his first attempt. Though he deserved a slap when he said 'I...I...I' in the boardroom - I was hoping someone would pull him up on that.

Well, maybe nasty is not the word, but he was patronising and doesn't listen to others. I think he dislikes joking. Haven't seen him smiling a lot. In the other subteam, they kept an enthusiastic and cheerful attitude (and that's what got them the items).

He does take it very seriously; I'd say much more seriously than any of the others except maybe Alex. But at the same time I think he helped Jason tonight in the task rather than hindered and certainly at no point did we see Jason get upset or angry with Neil's approach.

Neil is a tosser! Can't wait for him to be fired, and he needs to shave his neck!!!!!

It is risky to trip a member of your own team up. Some contestants forget that and then they fail. Half of the candidates are now fired so there's no place for dodgy stuff. I would have loved to see Jason doing one of those mini interviews, can't remember if there was any in today's episode.

Neil was quite rude about Jason before the task when talking to the camera, he soon shut up when Jason sold a caravan first. But yes I would find Jason very hard to work with, he plays the bumbling 'Englishman" very well. I wonder what that women said to him in his ear?
