Well, that's what I'm into mostly. I know you don't care what I'm into, who does? But the point of this is to find out if anyone out there has any good remixes they've done on hand that they can post here
Also, I'd like to find out what you think of my remixes, in particular this one: https://soundcloud.com/gwylock1-1/do...-twilight-main
While I'm hesitant as to whether or not this counts as a useless thread I really am interested in finding out what y'all have got.

That sounds just as anaemic as the anticlimactic theme they currently use on the programme...why they ditched the previous theme for that I'll never know, it's almost as bad as the Dominic Glynn version...

I'm not sure what you mean by "anaemic" unless you're referring to the fact that it's fairly minimal sound-wise. And as for the rest, personally, I'm rather partial to the Glynn theme and the various other classic versions. This was meant to have a very similar overall sound set; thanks for your opinion.

Yes, it was, Delia Derbyshire was a genius.
BTW, what "Danced-up camp version" are you referring to? Orbital's?

The one used for Tennant's first and second season was the best... it had some elements of the original mixed in, as well as some dramatic strings. The OTT Welsh orchestra one that came later dumped the original samples and got too pompous.

The Matt Smith remix was just silly.

However... ALL of the 2005- series have been better than anything after Peter Howell's 1980 theme

Doctorin' The Tardis reached number 1 in 1988 for The KLF. Maybe remixing the Dr. Who theme with a Gary Glitter track would not go down so well now

I always liked the one provided as a demo song in Fruity Loops:

From around 2003.

The later NuWho version that had the original middle eight put in it was the best version. Think it was Tennant era.
