cashback redemption - is it safe?
looking at taking out a deal for the htc one. buymobilephones.net are offering it for £24 a month with cashback by redemption. The contract is £32 a month but the cashback brings it down to £24. It seems a ridiculously good offer for 600 mins, unlimited texts and 750mb data. Just worried about the cashback. They say you have 60 days to claim it. Is it worth the risk?

I can't speak about them mate but I would go through quidco if I was getting a phone now. I use quidco for everything from holidays to clothes. You'll struggle to find a company that they don't have a cash back agreement with...

the redemption deals are usually fine, but i never really look at them as a means of bringing the monthly cost down because most redemption deals are paid out on 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.
So you're still paying £32 quid a month either way - you're just getting lump sums back at varying points throughout the year. |

They work providing you are prepared to jump through hoops which they set up. Do everything as they say to the day and you'll be fine.
