I did not mean Emma acted like she wasn't aware of accusations of bias. I meant she acted like she didn't know why anyone would think there was bias, and she asked the caller for examples as if she didn't know what the caller was talking about. She also claimed they didn't "cherry pick" the audience as if that was the only way they could get a biased one.

“Personally, I haven't missed a single episode of BOTS and I have never detected any such bias from Emma. Yes, she didn't approve of the flirting with Daley but, at the same time, was keen to point out that Daley was at least as much to blame. I don't recall any other opinion either positive or negative about Hazel from Emma.”
You wrote "She asks the audience and panel for comments and they give comments" as if she never made any comments of her own. And what you say there about what Emma said re Daley leaves out everything that people complained about in Emma's comments. Even re the flirting, what she said was not that that Daley was as much to blame; it was that Hazel was. She was making it clear that (in her view) Hazel deserved a good share of the blame.
I've explained the problems with Emma's comments in her interview with Daley before, for instance
here and
here, so I won't type it in again.
Emma also behaved questionably in her interview with Daley's girlfriend, and it was very obvious that she was siding with the Katie and against Hazel. She even gave her own opinions of what was difficult to watch and how Hazel seemed -- and that's what led Katie to tears. I've explained this before too, so again I can just
link.
If I'd ever thought that even in the Hazel AT someone would question whether Emma was biased, I'd have kept notes of other instances. I find BOTS so distasteful and unpleasant to watch that I try to put most of it out of my mind. But I will try to make one thing clear: the comments that show bias against Hazel aren't only comments about Hazel: they're also comments about other HMs, especially ones Hazel's clashed with, such as her comments about Charlie in I think Wednesday night's show (saying she didn't feel Charlie was manipulative or sly), and the comments from psych "experts" and others she agrees with.

“I'm sorry but I think Emma does an exceptional job as presenter. Obviously she can't help having her own view of events, and maybe that bleeds out occasionally, but I think she's very fair about making sure everyone's views are heard without editorialising.”
Her views don't just bleed out occasionally. She expresses many opinions, and it's usually clear which side of a disagreement she's on. Rylan is actually (and surprisingly) better at making it clear that other opinions (other things his and the audience's and panel's) exist.

“Right now I have no idea if she likes Hazel or not. That's how biased I think she is.”
She either doesn't like Hazel or she hasn't been voicing her own opinions but instead ones the producers want expressed.
I've often defended Emma in the past, but I've lost a lot of respect for her during bb14. In addition to her own bias, the show as a whole is very biased, and she goes along with it.
