Hi guys

Help if poss please

Powered down my I-Pad 2 last night and left it on charge

Powered it back on this morning and the touchscreen isn't working
The slide to unlock bar wont move and the cannot find my friends notice box is displaying
The correct time and date are showing at the top of the screen

Have tried powering down and restarting again without any difference

Any ideas ?

Not sure if there is a thread already but did a search and couldnt see one

In case others experience this , I got the solution from Apple.com/support

Held the sleep/wake button and the power button down for 10 seconds until the Apple logo appeared

All seems to be OK
