We got back around 11pm, tigger was very lethargic so we used an oral syringe and got quite a lot of water down him, bit by bit over an hour or so and he really perked up, got up, had a little wander in the garden and ate some tuna!!

I took him up to bed with me and put a bowl of water in my bedroom and he drank quite a lot overnight and this morning he has eaten a fair amount of tuna!!

So, yet again, fingers crossed that he has properly turned the corner this time, I am so glad we got my son home last night because i wouldn't have been able to do the oral syringe feeding on my own and that really did seem to have a dramatic effect. My son is so so so relieved to be home with him!

I will keep updating this topic, thanks again for all the support”

*Big sigh of relief* So glad he seems to be picking himself up now. Thank you for letting us know.

Quite a moving thread.

Long live Tigger.

sorry, ! meant to update this yesterday

Tigger is tons better, he had 3 play fights with Hicks this morning, he is almost back to normal, I really did think this was the end of the road for him so as you can imagine both my son and I are over the moon!

He really did seem to have given up and I am almost sure that it was giving him the water through the syringe that gave him enough energy to then get up and drink more himself.

Thanks so much for all the help on here, it really has made a difference knowing that there were people rooting for him, you are all lovely people!

Thanks again everyone xxxxx
