I ordered my Unlimited BT Infinity 2 at the end of June just before I moved house. I was out of contract with TT.

A friend had "invited me" so I called BT (before I moved house) to ask about offers although suspected I needed to do it all on line.

When the BT person said they could sort it all out then and there I asked if that affected the Sainsbury Voucher scheme - he said ...you guessed it... no problem.

Months later all happy with Unlimited BT Infinity 2 and BT Sports....

So...I heard nothing until I chased it up a couple of weeks ago but no reply. My friend chased it up too and I guess the scheme sits on the person that started the recommendation because they got back to them saying unfortunately your friend did not apply on line.

My friend wrote back explaining that I was told on the phone that that wasn't a problem (I had given him the name of the operator and date of my conversation).

BT then wrote back saying that they tried to listen to the recording of the conversation to understand what was said/agreed but the tape wasn't available so....

we will send you both £75 in Sainsburys vouchers.

We both received them (3 x £25 cards) within 2 weeks.

Happy days.

Glad I wrote the date and name of the guy I spoke to down.
