Couldn't believe that know one called her out on them missing out on the dinner because of her. I expected her to get a grilling from someone over it.

Sallie is a coward. She picks on Gina thinking that she will crack, but she doesn't. Sallie almost stutters trying to utter some awful comebacks to Gina's amazing ones.

I can't see anything remotely endearing about 'saying it like it is.' The people who do so are usually cold, self-centred, twerps who don't give a stuff about anyone.
