I believe they go in the woods.
Indeed they do

Was good to see Rutger Hauer. A fine actor and so a plus for the show.

Was that Rutger Hauer?! Great actor.

I think True Blood is over, now just looks like some cheap action movie. I loved it when it was interconnected with "reality"' now is purely for fantasy lovers.
I will still watch it because I have a major crush on Skarsgard, although he was much better as a straighfoward villain than as the dangerous heartthrob.

A much better episode than the first one. Loved it!

Niall seems like a great character to have, and will definitely make things more interesting from now on. Loved his scenes with Jason and Sookie.

Was quite sceptical of the new character Ben, but I do think he'll be interesting to watch this season. Excited to see how Robert takes on the role.

I am enjoying the vampire-human war storyline and how Warlow against the fae is developing that is building up nicely. I wish they would forget the shifters and weres for a bit, the four turning up and filming them is just making it all very cmplex, too many plots going on. I loved Jason and Jess in this episode,

I really don't care about shifter werewolf story, more interesting in the shifter coming out story, wonder how that will develop will they be exposed?

I can totally see Bill being able to day walk soon, and hopefully give the power to all vamps that'll be cool, as we could see some more day action.

Sookie was tolerable this episode. Jessica needs to get a grip.

Liked the ending, obviously they will survive unless its the last season.

Rutger just doesn't seem to age.
I would certainly have agreed with you a few years ago, but his face now seems to have turned into marshmallow.

Perhaps it was just the way he was slumped when driving, I haven't watched the second episode yet.

Good episode.

Okay, so Niall is not Warlow then. Nice to see that Sookie and Jason have some regal fairy blood, even if Jason had that gene skip him (along with some other ones).

Warlow being here wasn't much of a surprise but who is he? Ben perhaps? Not sure but it might be interesting than him just being another random love interest.

Silver bullets with UV lights and contact lenses to battle glamouring? Burrell has done his homework and the confrontation with him and Eric was good.

Not too shocked that Eric has kidnapped his daughter though.

Pam and Nora had some nice moments in this one too and it was nice to see the former show some concern for Tara as well.

The Bill and Lilith scenes were interesting. The tyrant could either be Burrell or Warlow though, right?

Jessica's prayer was the highlight of the episode. Beautifully written and performed as well. The best scene of the show too.

Bill seeing into the future was eerie but effective though.

Hated Alcide and Martha just taking Emma off Sam and Nicole can get lost as well. 8/10

So odd seeing Sean off EE on this - but my gosh he is sexy!!

I love the show, i am loving the vamp war and i'm enjoying the Warlow storyline so much... however the wolf parts drag it down.

Bill killing that woman was one of the most horrifying scenes I've ever watched! I think it was the fact he was catatonic whilst it happened but it just gave me the major creeps

Loving the addition of Rutger Hauer as Niall. Considering how rubbish last season was it's good to have an established actor come into the show, gives me hope for this season.

Hmmm. Can Sookie keep her knees together for more than 3 episodes?

It was nice to see Captain Push from Medium too, Arliss Howard who's playing Burrell. This season does seem to be a step up from the last one so far. I think they need to steer Sam away from the werewolf story, though, as it's never been all that interesting, IMO.

The Lilith stuff has improved tremendously as well. It's a lot more interesting now than it was last year.

I think they are doing a classic case of misdirection. I think Niall is Warlow, not sure why other than misdirection.

Episode 2 was an improvement over the mediocre premiere, it felt more focused with only minimal screentime given to the less interesting stories (e.g. the werewolves and Andy's kids, both of which feel like unnecessary padding at the moment, the werewolf storyline in particular should be wrapped up ASAP, it's really not very interesting).

Andy's kids I don't mind, but I groaned when Terry's dull plot carried on. I hoped we'd seen the end of that last year. I like the character and the actor, but I find his plots a distraction from more interesting stuff.

Bill's feeding was horrific, but Jessica was great this week. Her vlog is back on youtbue. Deborah Ann Woll is doing a wonderful job.

I must say that the acting from the girl that plays Jessica, was really rather good this week.

Did we not see Warlow break through "the entrance" on the Bridge?

Or the actor could be playing both Niall and Warlow.

Yes, I think Niall appeared before that. I can't remember if the Rob Kazinsky character did, though,

He's nice to look at.

Hope his character is interesting though.

Sorry to say but can we please get rid of Alcide and the pack? The whole thing is just utterly pointless. Also get rid of Andy and Terry as they add nothing to the show either. Andy has his moments but on the whole I think he detracts from the good stuff.
