Just watched the Launch show this is the first time i have watched BBAU i watched some of last year a few months back but i just could not be bothered to watch so many episodes

But this year i hope to watch it fully... now onto this season.

I Love the twist its going to create alot of drama and already there is an instant divide i can see the halfway house being the more fun ones and the ones i will be rooting for the rich side HM are kind of meh

I can see they have taken stuff from BBUK though the split rich/poor side BB3, The diary room Chair... BB7 and the Married pretend couple... Mario and Steph BB9.

I do love the house though they really go all out and its really looks like a place i could live in

I heard BBAU is set in a theme park is this true ? I wonder how they work that out or is it an abandoned Theme park?

Just watched the launch, really enjoyed it!

Great mix of housemates, I just LOVE Ben! I also like how there is already tension on the first night! Tully doesn't like Tim at all!

I'm looking forward to how the season unfolds!

Just started... looks like the BB3 style rich/poor and BB9 style heaven/hell so far.

I watched the launch of this earlier this afternoon and enjoyed it. It has a feel-good quality to it and the housemates do seem to be more likeable.

BB Australia feels more like our BB1-BB4 era than the BB5 onwards era. Would I be right in thinking that?

Where do we watch the show?
http://www.bbcouchpotatoes.com click on BBAU link.

Just watched it and very much like our rich/poor, heaven/hell skits. Takes me a while to get to know people but so far seem a friendly bunch and Tahan is going to be great fun. I think she got off lightly by only losing her clothes for 24hrs.

Hope BB gets stricter with them.

Just watched the launch on youtube and I'm more than happy with my cute and funny little sweepstake girl, Mikkayla. Just hope she doesn't whine too much about not being able to feed her face.

I love everything about BB Australia! Twist seems pretty cool, those tiny doors and beds are funny.

I like most of housemates so far, a good mix of personalities. I went from not liking Tim to liking Tim to not liking Tim to liking Tim again Think he could be an interesting housemate.

Ben's pyjamas were amazing (nearly as good as Andy's (BBUS) crazy cat shirt)

Tomorrow (today?) should be interesting, do they actually get married?!?

Changes to the schedule this year - http://www.tvtonight.com.au/2013/07/...g-brother.html

I was hoping to watch the evictions live (might need to book some time off work!)

Iv'e managed to watch every BBAUS and really enjoyed all of them. Love how they had some of bbuks ideas last year and espesh the divide this year. Don't like Tim much and i think Tahan is acting like Layla with her face expressions.

Really enjoyed the launch, thanks for the links everyone. Will be watching for the first time ever this series.

The house has such a UK BB feel to it and the housemates are all more likeable so far than our bunch. I'm quite liking Ed

Oh, and how positive is that crowd? So nice to see. Are they like that all the while, even on evictions? Tahan would have been booed on entry to our BB with some of the comments she made on her audition tape. Tim seems like a wind up merchant. Loved Ben's PJ's lol.

Am liking the twists, I agree with others, that's it's very similar to our rich/poor divide and I do see bits of our BB in their version.

Yeah the crowd don't really boo in the Australian one. The audience just cheers louder for the person they want to evict.

BBAU on the Web ‏@bbaubotw 4m
Big Brother had 1.3 million viewers over the two hours for launch. Great numbers! #BBAU #ratings

It's a working theme park, a little away from the main area. I think sometimes they can sometimes can hear the distant screams from the roller coasters! In the off season you can visit the house.

Yeah, BB launch rates 1.3 million, which is pretty good. It was, however, outrated by the launch of the X Factor on Channel 7 (1.63 million).

Big Brother outrated the X Factor in the 16-39 and 18-49 demos, but lost in the 25-54 demo.

I think I am on BB overload. I was watching the show live this morning and just saw the last guy entering the house and fell asleep. My own fault being up half the night watching BBUSA. I had the craziest dream which I thought I would share with you.

In my dream I went in the house and as I entered the garden, I noticed in the mirror I had had the worst mono brow ever. All I had on me was a packet of baby wipes and nothing else. I looked around and all I could find was a set of hair straighteners, which I was going to try to use like a giant pair of tweezers. When I looked back in the mirror, which was really dirty, my mono brow had gone and I now had a big bush mustache. Not a good look when you consider I am female.

I hope there is a bit of a gap between BBUSA and CBB. I really think I have overloaded my brain with it all this year. I can't even think of a housemate that has a mono brow or tash?
