I hope so. There is no way in hell I want Ed to stick around for the long haul.

Agree actually. I was hesitant about Ben getting it, but Mikkayla and especially Tahan would be too spiteful. Ed simply doesn't deserve it.

Also, is it just me who thinks Benjamin last year was way meaner than any of these people? Why did he win?”

I appreciated Ed's comments but it really is too late to develop a personality and one decent conversation doesn't make up for him being such a non-entity.

Benjamin was mean but he had Stacey and humour to fall back on.

She is. I still can't help but like her. Mikkayla isn't that pure either.

You do see a more real side to her when she's with the boys I think. But yeah, I definitely think the "mean girl" label fits her.

Was really, really shocked at the voting percentages today. For the first time this series actually. Ed and Tahan, so high up in the voting, really? and Mikkayla pretty middle ranking despite ( from what I'd seen ) a huge amount of support and people voting for her this week to try and be the fake evictee. Would have preferred Ed over Matt going, but it's not a huge loss. I mean, eventually no matter who I like or dislike they're all going to have to be thrown under the bus for Tim to win!

Ben as the fake evictee - predictable. Can't see him doing anything that would dramatically stir things up or shake the house up. He'll be "fair" like he said. Do we want fair? I guess it remains to be seen how he actually plays this, but I haven't got high hopes.”

Tahan is horrible. However Mikkayla has done some really bitchy and horrible things. Though Tahan from the start feels like how she was supposed to be presented as. However unlikable at times she's being herself. Mikkayla just seems sly at times. She's completely different from the first week and makes strategic decisions that limits damage and makes her look good. She's also adept at manipulating people. I like Mikkayla but not as much as I used too.

On a more positive note, the highlights in the latest episode were my favourite so far. It was such a strange night in there. The Tahan / Mikkayla drama, swiftly followed by the Tully / Ed / Matthew drama, and then copped off by Ben appearing out of nowhere twice while Drew and Tully tried to talk. Bonus points for Tully breaking into hysterical tears while Ben spoke to them. It was just great, like a sitcom! ”

Agree with everything especially the last bit. I love Ben so much.

QFT. She should be the face of some internet dating site. I'm surprised the Hm's haven't commented on the stench of desperation that emanates from her.

Tahan in that sense is stronger. She can take more negativity thrown at her ( maybe because she's used to it from other experiences in her life? ) and therefore she's not as sensitive and has a better handle on dealing with criticisms.

Of course, we all see things differently, but that's just my take on it.”

Mikkayla is definitely insecure though at times I think she does play the victim. Especially the nine-lives being a burdon on her and swapping Ben for eviction. If Mikkayla wasn't so two-faced I'd have more sympathy for her.

Tahan got a fairly good edit, they didnt show her having to be talked in apologising by Matt and Ed. At least Mikkayla saw through her false sincerity.
Tahan needs to mature and realise that being honest isn't the same as saying what you like regardless of other people's feelings that's called being a bitch its nothing to do with honesty.

Ben was great this episode just kept popping up right at a tense moment oblivious to all the drama.”

Jade was just a bitch especially considering she told Mikkayla what Tahan said.

I think Matt/Ed had just enough of them and snapped. Maybe Ed was trying to destabilise Tully/Drew, it certainly wasn't out of friendship.

Disagree about Tahan's edit. It was terrible. She came accross a cruel bitch that was too cowardly to have it out with Tulls dumping her for Drew. Agree she does need to learn you can be honest without being a bitch, though she really doesn't like them and doesn't want to be fake so she is being a bitch to them.

Agree.

One last thing I noticed as Ben was being evicted was how Drew, Tim, Ed and Jade didn't really care if he left. It was like they were glad they finally got rid of such a huge threat. I at least expected bigger reactions from them just even if it was for show. Jade just poured out crocodile tears. Goes to show out of everyone they seem to be playing the game the hardest.

Mikkayla likes to say she is an underdog and a misfit, I think the crying does play into that whole game whether she is conscious of it or not. And she is actually quite an assertive person, so that is a huge contradiction to her displaying herself upset to the whole house. I think it's hard to maintain that and be convincing or have a gameplan which doesn't look too deceitful.

As far as 'bitching' is concerned I think gossiping about someone is facilitated by being in a clique. Mikkayla has that, just like Ben did last year. That makes it look much worse as it looks like it's ganging up. Also those who are two-faced and just 'bitch' behind people's back while pretending to like them or to dislike them are probably making their gameplan look too dishonest to the public. Tim fits into this category for me. People do like to see some loyalty.

I don't think the gossiping has been particularly nasty (compare it to the American version this year), but of course in the public vote version these things are often hyped up to a ridiculous degree. The producers like to make it into a silly pantomime. We've seen that in the British version for a long time, and I think the producers are clearly making efforts here to do that. The sisters are oh so sweet we keep getting told, while Tahan is supposedly 'mean' just because she doesn't like them. I really hope the sisters go next, their time is up and I've had enough of the double clique they have (themselves together, and with Mikk and Jade).

I was glad Matt went as he's been somewhat irrelevant since Caleb went. Whereas Ed has at least had some ongoing storyline. Sheesh the crying at evictions is getting annoying. I'm not cold-hearted or anything but please STFU! They're not dying.

Ben took his eviction pretty well, maybe he is made of tougher stuff than I thought. I think the only thing I don't like about him is the talking to the pictures, it makes him look like he's proper hamming it up for the cameras.

I'm not going to take too much notice of the percents because they will be skewed due to the fake eviction twist. People may have strategically spread their votes out in order to save and also fake evict who they want. It could be why Ed fans managed to concentrate their votes on him as he was looking like the one in danger all week.

I like the Tahan/Mikkayla rivalry. It's like they're sisters, because they're so much alike, that are forced to live together and can barely go 2 mins without falling out. But Tahan's problem is that she's less sensitive and more abrupt.
I want both of them to stay around for a while because they bring alot to the show. Think Ed or K & L should go next.

I'm glad about the change to the nomination process....
Spoiler
now only the 4 with the most points go up and it's no longer a 'save and replace' ability it's now just a 'save'. Which will leave 3 up to face the eviction.

Not sure about the superpower this week though, surely it adds suspicion about the fake eviction.
Pinkminxy
17-09-2013
So glad it's now 4 up instead of 6. Has to be really with the small numbers now. One can get saved by the winner of the showdown, but then the remaining 3 fight it out.

Spoiler
Tully, Tahan, Katie & Lucy and Jade are currently all up. If they stay up the sugar sister's are gone, even with Tully still up unfortunately.

Spoiler
Was not surprised to see Ed nominate Jade again. He's sly him, and I really don't like this emerging, more controlling and deceitful side to him. He's certainly no prince charming that's for sure.

Ben did better then I expected actually. Especially with his questions at Ed and Tahan. Showed a more strategic side to Ben I think.

Will catch up with Late Night Feast later on.

Eugh. Ed nominated Jade. He made a good move in telling Tully about her crying but he's just flat overall. Definitely the weakest housemate.

Hope the Sugar Sisters aren't saved and they go. I actually prefer Tully to them.

The sugar sisters better leave this week. I hope Drew wins and saves Tully. Tahan and Jade would guarantee their eviction.

I really hope the sisters or Jade leave this week, they are starting to look like the bad ones with group of girls constantly bitching about Tahan. I'd love to see their faces if they were evicted over Tahan.

Just watched Late Night feast and what the hell is wrong with Tully, seriously? She gets pissed at Drew for not admitting to stealing a bottle of alcohol or something which Matt admitted to in a game. She's so controlling and weird. She has words with him, then storms off and dances on her own, purposefully for Drew to look on. She's just odd and OTT emotional and dramatic and she does my head in.

However was on her side when Ed and Matt went on her about feeling for Drew when he had a headache.

Ben in the pool during Tully and Drew's discussion after Ed's "advice"

Tahan and Mikkayla arguing. Think Tahan has forgot she's been up pretty much every week too. If Mikkayla is disliked, then she'd be best to remember so is she within the house. As mentioned before, her "act" taking off Mikkayla was unnecessarily bitchy.

I know they may be boring and have a vendetta against Tahan but I still really like the SS. It's nice to have some pleasant pedestrian Hms.

Loved Mikkayla's indifference to Matt's farewell speech. Didn't like how BB edited Matt's comments about Drew/Tulls. I wanted to see it.

Wow Ben certainly couldn't get a better edit. This challenge is the best thing that could have happened. He's getting unprecedented airtime which surely should make him an even bigger opponent against Tim.

Really loved how Tahan addressed Ben's question. Not really surprised by Ben's strategic questions. Always knew something deeper lurked beneath.

Ed is such a tosser. Where the hell are these aces. Surely if he had a brain he would have done something of consequence to change the game. Put up or shut up; you're just full of it. Really Ed is Jade supposed to be one of those aces? Stop leading the desperate idiot on.

Really loved Ben's commentary through noms, especially when he knew Tahan was nominating. Didn't think Ben would be this entertaining with the fake eviction so am glad he received it.

Would have liked six nominees up for one last week just to try and get Ed out, but no luck. Would have liked Drew and Mikkayla up as well.

Another good episode.

For everyone shocked how well Tahan did in the last vote, her self awareness is why people like her, she knows she's a bitch she's not trying to cover it up the way Mikkayla does.

Jade, honestly I've never seen such a pathetic loser in all my life, clinging onto a guy who threw her on the block and now he nominates her. Even if she knew he nominated her she'd jump in his bed. Girl needs to find some self-respect.

Ed is horrible. Nominating his 2 best friends, what an idiot.

Think out of the 4 nominated that SS will go (If not saved in showdown) because they were only saved last week by Jade's fanbase and if Jade is took off then Tahan/Tully will go, I'm not sure which.

Ed should have stuck all 6 points on Drew if he really wanted Drew up rather than weirdly spread the votes. Moron.

I'd love to see the reaction of the other HM's if Mikkayla won show down and saved the sister's

I wouldn't, I want them OUT. Most boring housemates this year, even Ed is involved in drama. The house would have zero impact if they leave

Ed Super Power was useless If he gave Drew 6 points then he still would not have been up
He could only add to the points those already up had unless he gave Tim or Mikkayla all 6
He knows Tim is strong so if he had gone up then 1 of whoever else was up would go home
He was right just to know his own score then distribute evenly ...surprised he voted Tahan not surprised he voted Jade...not keen on Ed but if I were him I would want her gone.

I'm surprised that by seeing Matt and Ben gone, the housemates didn't decide to nominate more big players to get them out too (Drew/Tim/Ed) and still they went after each other (Jade/Tully/SS/Tahan).

I have nothing more to say about Tahan, everyday we see her evilness spreading. She isn't worth my time even thinking about.

Ed seems to be losing his mind a bit in this game. lol
Tim has him rather rattled. I think he's taking Tim way too seriously. But he still doesn't have the backbone to do anything about it. Either put up or shut up.
I get the feeling that he's just getting desperate because meatheads with no personality are all getting booted and he's feeling very vulnerable.
starry
17-09-2013
The tactical vote seemed to be for Tahan. Tim I'm sure sees her as a threat to him because she stood up to him before, and that's why he's trying to get her evicted by undermining her.

Ben seemed pretty stupid asking a DR question to Tahan who is quite open anyway, then nominating her for an idiotic reason as well.

Really can't stand Mikkayla now, though I liked her at the start. Also went off Tim a lot too, though at least he doesn't go around crying to get sympathy.

17-09-2013
Some of these hm's are doing my head in!
The only one I like now is Tahan.
Tim's loud voice and personality is grating on me again
Jade and Ed are both annoying and pathetic
Mikkayla and Sisters are always bitching about Tahan and then cry when she's being "Mean"
Ben's quite funny and he adds alot to the house though I find him fake.
Drew and Tully. OMG
