I'm a bit annoyed to hear he's possibly going on Friday.

They could say that he has failed a task and therefore he is automatically up for nomination each week. Imagine there faces when he then survives every week

I wonder if we're going to get a new HoH this week. I can see no one wanting the job.

It's hard to believe that the massively hyped "secret", the twist that they were building the entire theme of the series around, is going to last just one week. If Michael goes on friday, it's all been a bit pointless. Then again, would we really be surprised if that was the best the production team could come up with?
who, me?

I think Pam was just referring to Michael's periodic visits out of the house. And what's going to happen is that once the eviction has taken place, Michael will be brought out of the house to reveal himself to the evictee - then return to continue the job.

that's a very good idea honestly I never thought of that it'll be great

I think he's in it for the long haul, sadly.

I've no idea how they're going to work it into the nominations process over the series as there's no way for a remotely fair round of nominations if HMs are being tricked by the producers into self-disenfranchising their votes cast for Michael (as they clearly won't count), ensuring a false result, unrepresentative of the will of the electorate.

There won't be a single set of nominations in the series that won't have been essentially fiddled by the producers to get the result they want - which is to keep mole twist going.

He can't be head of house every week. I mean, he could be, but they'll struggle to swing that without blatantly outing Michael's status.

Yeah, he's outstayed his welcome and to be frank, he's not a very good actor.

If truth be known, it was said last night on here (and I agree) that ANY real housemate could have assumed the 'actor' role as a task and been much better at it.

Half of them have got a longer acting CV than Michael.

As far as they can in their incompetence. Like the Australian one last year the twist hasn't really been done well.

Ahhhh I hadn't thought of that possibility

I can't see him being there for the entire series, I'd guess a week or two more.

He could avoid nominations in a deal for their suitcases e.g "You can win back all the other housemates suitcases, by automatically being put up for eviction". Then the housemates nominate and two or more join him, but there's no phone line for Michael.

Yes there is. HMs could nom 3 people but only their top two count. Their 3rd nom only counts if they nom Michael in their first two.

Saw this and had to jump here ahead to show my appreciation and laughter.

Now... having said that I hope this does actually turn out to be untrue; they should keep him in all series to let it escalate and percolate and whateverolate.
